I believe Western Union is the safest way to go.

Sythe doesn't allow any other forms of online donation but Western Union and that's saying something

 

PayPal,
Have them Claim and Cancel.

Why is that ? can't they call the bank or credit card company to get their refund if they already done it

 

claim/cancel can still be charged back, if they send by west union, they will have your address etc, but if you are legit you won't care, and west union is 100% impossible to charge back.

Do not use PayPal as people can get the money even if they send, claim & cancel or "gift" by reporting their credit card as stolen.

Western Union is the ideal way to send receive money as it's 100% impossible to charge back and both users have eachother's address, name, city, etc...

 

You could use mail; if your getting a lot rent a mail box at your local post office for a month.

yeah I would say moneybookers pay pal is ok for small transactions

 

The safest are Western Union and Paypal-Claim and cancel.

They cannot claim their money back using these methods so its widely used.

When using paypal, always use the Claim and cancel method. I learned the hard way when I thought this method was too troublesome.
