Dispute Ban + DNT

Hello,
I would like this dispute to be dealt with by Richard. While I appreciate Video for reporting me, he has conflict of interest in this report due to his involvement in player moderator market.

All chats logs are presented in the report (Prizford).

Tdlr –
THC (buyer) contacted me on 18/02/2021 regarding if I had any player moderator account for sale. I informed THC that Kapanko had one for sale. Kapanko informed me he was banned and I notified seller + created a group chat for them to discuss the transaction.

Please bear in mind; I gain no momentary value from this apart from offering to Middleman the transaction as there was no commission or fee. I offered my advice/opinion as player moderator accounts “You trust them regardless since if a mod account gets recovered it loses the mod status”. “So it would be pointless to recover an account as it would lose 100% of the value"

More background information on the matter – The original player moderator account that (Seller – Kapanko) is trying to sell is one I originally middle manned for him over 1 year ago. With this been said, it is very unlikely for Kapanko to recover this account and maintain its player moderator status. The status of player moderator accounts are the sole value of these accounts due to the actions they can do.
Buyer was fully aware of the status of Kapanko and no information was hidden. At this point, I was a bit reluctant to continue but no rules were broke so I continued to offer to middleman by creating a group for them both to discuss. 5 minutes in making the group – Video created a Sythe report on me.

Andy comes with the decision of “@Prizford was actively encouraging @Rage THC to trade with @kapanko. Had this trade gone through, @Prizford would have been held liable if things went south due to the way in which he was pushing the trade to happen. You cannot actively endorse/encourage a user to trade with someone without accepting liability for said trade.”

No actual trade happened and I did not specify that I was providing liability to Kapanko at all in those chat logs. Let’s say that I did give liability to Kapanko for arguments sake and that the worse case happened with the account getting recovered + losing pmod status. Okay, fine I would reimburse the buyer for the 8K. As no actual trade occurred or scam, please can you look into the ruling as it seems a bit unfair to receive 1 month ban + DNT.

“You cannot actively endorse/encourage a user to trade with someone without accepting liability for said trade.” There are multiple people endorsing others through UI, signatures or banners for money. I feel there needs to be clear RULES and guidelines for this as its extremely vague.

Please can you review the report and review the current rules above + have some consistency on ruling.
