Explanation of the trade: Basically i ordered 1093mil oldschool runescape gold and paid for it, then suddenly the site support live chat dissapears totally and ofcourse i was checking around there and nothing but some infos sayd to change browser. I did change browsers and still doesnt work but before order i saw the little live chat thing on corner like it dissapeared after paying. Basically i asked my friend to go to theyr site and check if they have live chat there and he did, i asked my friend to get info from them because i want my gold and they asked i gotta contact myself but i couldnt as the live chat dissapeared after order. My friend got me theyr discord, sythe does not have theyr discord at all. Later i dealth on discord and apperantly they asked me whole bunch of screenshots, document selfie, holding my credit card in front of the monitor when theyr site is open which was already weird enough but i provided them all proof to receive the gold and then suddenly they told me that they will cancel my order and refund me in 48hours but there is more, after waiting 48hours i gotta wait another 7 days to get my money back so basically its a 9 days progress for refund after i did every verification for them? what gold seller site does that? The seller should removed from this site, already to much complaints on trustpilot
Now today day later my friend told that he went to theyr site to ask theyr discord that we will report them and basically the support there was so arrogant and my friend got banned from theyr live chat on site, basically the b0x in the corner dissapeared and isnt this familiar, that same thing happened with me after i paid yesterday.

How they scammed:I havent had my money back, it takes simply 1 click to refund. Paid with paypal but it takes 9 days to get it back?

Also i will add that the site is sketchy as hell. First asking coupon on theyr site and they give 2% coupon and after purchase i was told that there is a 10% on sythe which i really didnt notice.

Basically im banned from theyr live chat with my friend and i want them to refund me now not in 9 days, for now this is just a scam.

Edit: Also adding this that the site coupons dont seem to work.

I purchased 1093m, i paid near 715$ and when calculating 1093 x 0,65 = 710,45$ and i entered coupon which should of given 2% off and then the 5% cash back so basically i should have been billed under 700$ but yet i paid even more then the gold was worth per mil.
So if its 715$ and 2% coupon then its 14,3$ off.
700 divided 20 because of 5% cash back from every 50$ would have been 35$ off. Total should of been around 665$.
Theyr pricing is 0,65$/mil


Also theyr site has a baiting reviews. All reviews are 5 star, none are below as i noticed so it means they are not even puting out the negative reviews about them.

Your payment has also been refunded, if you've paid with card via paypal it takes up to 7 business days to reach back your card. Otherwise the refund it's instant

 

Whats with the requests for verification and then eventually cancel. I had to pay my dept yesterday 1093m, now i gotta pay 1200+m osrs. Site as food4rs.com is not then an reliable seller.

You basically sayd yourself that "verify id to receive gold", verification was done and then cancel. Now i gotta wait for refund, great job.

Also put the bad reviews up on the site not just good. Fake reviews

You agreed to these policies before sending them your money, and they aren't responsible for you repaying your debts on time. Please wait patiently for your refund to come through, and let me know if this isn't resolved in a week.

 

They should receive somekind of a warning ahead of theyr sale thread that "you might get declined and wait up to 9 days for refund". Thats stupidest shit ive ever seen, verify my documents and everything and they simply cancel then.
Not my fault theyr site chat doesnt work and im 100% sure that they banned me from chat preventing me to contact them like my friend was banned from live chat and it also dissapeared.
Smart system.

Also i suggest if mods can tell them to actually put legit actual reviews up on theyr site.
I know trustpilot keeps the reviews and new 1 stars flying in now daily to them.

 

You didn't get declined, you asked for a refund. If you hadn't asked for a refund, you wouldn't be waiting right now.

And they have every right to remove you from their site if they don't want you on it, as long as you get your money in the end. Finally, regarding reviews, we don't regulate what claims people make offsite. You're welcome to leave them a review if you want your voice heard.
