Best dispute I've ever read in my life, but your sig is kind of over the top if you ask me. A valid reason for your demotion would be enlightening as well. Good luck in your pursuits.

 

Blupig, you cannot blame me for my signature, if you like I will screenie you the massive amounts of flaming i get in my pm. I do not report them because I know they are confused.

You know why you were demoted. Whether you worked with him or not, the staff has a right to be distrustful.

I have not seen the evidence myself, but a demotion is not like a ban; there is no requirement of proof. As long as there is just reason to believe that you were abusing your position, that rank can be removed. You risked demotion simply by being friends with him.

For all I know, there may have been other factors in the demotion. Either way, a demotion is not really something for a formal dispute; it's the sort of thing you need to work out with the admins. As far as I know, the issue is still open for discussion.

As for the ex-mod rank, it is not generally given after a demotion. It was given in Pshy's case because he was only demoted for inactivity, but has contributed a lot in the past. Getting demoted under the suspicion of corruption is another issue. But, that's another admin decision; talk to Finn, Pen, or Matthew.

your demotion was during a time I was not active at the site, so I know nothing of it

 

If being friends with him requires a demotion, i suggest Finn get de-adminned (not to be disespectful to him) because I know for a fact hes friends with sigex.

Being friends with sigex has alot of pros... as you may or may not know... sigex made a r2pleasant site (fake of course) and was scamming people through it... Finn had him added, and asked him to take it down, and he did...

I can see why you might be worried, but why should that bring my loyalty, honesty, and trustiness into question? I haven't ever scammed, or broken any rules (except for maybe a gravedigging and double posting...) and I do not plan on doing it anytime in the future...

I have PM'd all the admins a good 3+ times each, never got a reply from either one...

I've put up TWO about my impostor, and I get pms each day about idiots getting ripped off.

 

my imposted has scammed over 50 pins and 750m =/

my signature has been helping SOME, like some ppl pm me and say "thanks" and stuff

 

If part of the staff doesn't trust you, that's just how it is. It's not a conscious decision, and with all the trouble we've had, suspicion is fair reason for demotion.

Like I said, I haven't seen the evidence myself, but I know there was more to it than simply being friends with Sigex. I'm simply pointing out that you opened yourself to such allegations by being friends with a scammer who's been known to work with staff.

 

But I didn't do anything wrong

I guess I should have tried to get my mod back when it happened... idk, wasn't thinking about it much =/

 

since most the staff issues are solved, can anyone tell me yet?
