How do you expect the person to get it?

You have to have a SS for waterfiends, which will yield about 70 crimsons an hour. Or you have to have runes for bursting at rock crabs, which yields about 160 charms / hr. Barrage gets about 200.

Even if you barrage at rock crabs (which I highly doubt), it'll take the person 10 hours to get them... I personally don't think you're going to find anyone trustworthy to get you that many charms.. unless you give them like 5 - 6 pins, but then it wouldn't be worth it, right?

I doubt you're actually going to leave any of those items on your account for them to use, so how are you expecting them to get you charms?
