Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

To begin with I want to talk about my ban and my evader. I have never intended to evade I never have. In the past I also got a dnt, and neither today nor then did I think about evading. I will try to briefly explain what has happened.

On January 2020 I fully learnt how the market works (which took too long since I was not very good with my English) and I contacted a friend from my childhood who is in another country. I spoke to him to help me with the purchases and sales of gold. It took me about 1 month to teach him how to do it. (It should be noted that I go to him because of the confidence I have in him)

After starting the quarantine for covid-19, he lost his job and decided to dedicate himself 100% to buying and selling which I saw as convenient because it helped me a lot with the workload.

In the middle of June-July 2020, I do not remember very well, he asked me how he could continue to get more work, since he had a lot of free time and I suggested him to try to find another server where he could attend as a manager. Up to here there were no problems.

From October to November 2020, we were banned from discord 4 times, as our last hope, we decided to have a single discord where we could sell the gold and do the services. He had an access to the discord, from that moment until the day of I received the DNT rank and there weren't a single error or breaking of any Sythe rule.

On the day of my DNT, I told him that I couldn't keep bumping the threads and I explained what a DNT meant. He freaked out because at the time, that was his only job and he was basically losing it. I explained that he could continue to buy-sell gold, but I would take a break since at that time I tested positive for COVID-19 and needed to recover myself.

When I woke up the next morning, I saw that he tried to contact our customers to leave him a vouch and contact his other discord since he wanted to start buying/selling gold on his own. I warned him that it was wrong and I explained the reasons (I have proof of our conversation on WhatsApp, if needed). Then a client informs me that we were banned from Sythe for this very reason.

I explained all of this because I never tried to be an evader and never will. Since the moment the ban happened, I have never logged into the Sythe and my friend understood the seriousness of the matter.

The position of mods that you have is something of great responsibility and I think that for the safety of the members of the Sythe they did the right thing with the ban, since it was evidently an evader

I am not here just to make excuses, I am here to notify that this situation will never happen again since I was not a participant in it. I have reflected and hope to be forgiven.

At this point in the situation, I can't tell if my friend just made a mistake or considered fucking with me.

I do not want to extend too much, I will only say that this reason why I get the DNT is almost the same as the previous situation only much more complex.

In the previous one, I made a lot of mistakes: I was new to the Sythe, my English was terrible, I didn't read the rules, I started just to get some money and I was just a kid.


When I started I received a lot of reports, and many were because of fake discords posing as me others that the same clients took the bank's GP and did not have anything to protect myself from these situations and did not know how to deal with the reports, I just kept quiet where sometimes it was not because of my mistakes and I simply did not know how to defend myself because of my English. Like many others, it was my fault due to my inexperience or simply not having a ToS to help me.

I will try to explain what happened and then I will tell you how I solved this situation:

It all started when Lion wrote me in the same ticket as always (it should be noted that this was not the first order we had made, there were already many more that we had already finished) at this point, my server mod was the one who took to perform all Lion services.

I never found any communication flaws, nor did I comment much on the order because my mod spoke directly to Lion and we had never had any problems. Lion asks for a quote of a peculiar order and after much conversation they reached an agreement. I don't remember very well but the gp back then was around $0.5/mill or more.

He proposed to do the order with the magic shortbow, he said that we could get 75k exp an hour (Here we should have inquired more about the exp, but we got carried away because Lion was already a frequent customer). I had to place the GP for this order, so I placed it (months later the GP value went a lot lower).

My worker informed Lion that the order could not be made within the deadline, since the exp an hour was a lot lower and he was calm with that. After 20-30 days (I'm not sure at this point) my mod, his family members, got infected with covid-19, as these accs will be for sale, we decided not to change the worker for the securityreasons. At this point, Lion was still informed of the current situation.

Everything started to go wrong from November, where we were banned from Discord. My work and my personal life began to be disorganized, I tried to solve everything and I believed. I was checking all the customers to see that everything was fine, and for the moment everything was normal. In December the order began to be delayed, due to various failures. Lion up to that moment was very kind and patient, I thank him very much for giving us confidence, but the order began to delay more and more, I tried to speed it up by making the order myself but I was detected of covid (I live in Venezuela and I am asthmatic, so I was in terrible shape the days that I had covid) so I had to get away from the computer.

They never informed me that the order would not be completed on time and Lion opened a report, all this is written in the report. Lion got $300 for the remaining uncompleted orderand also did not have to pay the $650 my worker offered him in the good faith.

What I mean, years ago I had prepared myself not to make a stupid mistake again, but I never prepared for a pandemic and all my workers would get sick together. I apologize in advance to the most affected Lion and the mods for putting him in this position.

I also want to tell you that this situation will not be repeated, I have incorporated more work teams that can help me keep everything in order and that I can continue to move forward without my presence. In the last pardon that I have requested, I was very explicit in the ways that I would make my server work, I want to emphasize that I did it to the letter, but I never prepared to be in this situation, a global pandemic, all the workers getting sick and living in a 3rd world country where getting the medicines needed can be unbelievably hard. I hope you understand that at this moment I had everything against me, and I am simply not like other people who have gone through the Sythe that when a problem comes resort to the easy way.

I also want to point out that I have been a good member of Sythe and my report numbers dropped to the point of not having any with sufficient validity.

Sorry for everything that have happened and I want to say that my mistakes will not happen again.
