He stated in the start of January, that he would be hosting a 1b 07 prize tournament, he never stated 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, etc.

He had advertised for weeks that it was only 1b 07 prize, never stated 500m to 1 winner 300m to 1 winner 200m to 1 winner.

Anyways, fast forward to January 23rd-28th, clearly when the tournament/nfl would be coming to an end and people were realizing they weren't going to win for sure.

Someone suggested (Tony, someone who was about to lose) that the prize would go to 3 winners.

I had also asked specifically what would happen in the event of a tie, meaning 1st place ties.. he stated that it would be split between the two.

(Verifying that it was a 1b 07 prize, not sure if he was just upset that he lost money so he had to hedge the prize)

So top 3 get prizes, and ties split prizes. What's the problem here? Did you finish in the top 3?

 

He said it was 1b prize, meaning 1b to the winner. 1st place, I won 1st place.. and he said I only receive 500m 07

 

He's wrong, everyone knew what the prizes were except for this guy, at least he says he didn't it was 5mill to enter and 1bill worth of prizes.
He himself in the first screenshot states it was a 1bill prize pool, and below in the 2nd screenshot is the definition of a prize pool, he does this weekly.

according to the site, I was 1st place, 18 pts. Meaning I win the 1b 07, I did not receive my 1b 07, he gave me 500m 07 after threatening to not pay me, proceeding to ban me from discord, irc, and block me on discord.

Literally every betting pool ever has some sort of payout where first place wins the most, second place wins a bit less, third place wins even less, and sometimes other places win a bit too. A "1b pool" doesn't mean first place wins 1b.

500m seems perfectly reasonable to me. If you wanted more clarity earlier on you could have asked for it. There's nothing inappropriate going on here.

 

Btw I changed names on discord several times to avoid being banned/blocked and him being confused so I could gather as much evidence before he banned/blocked me.

 

when your spamming my discord and website causing people to leave, of course you were banned and people had to tell u the definition of prize pool. then you stopped spamming for few hours, then started up again

 

Ok please be quiet now. @twistedtaco I can see why you banned this guy.
