I recently sold my maxed pure on PA (sythe thread: [$300] Maxed 75 Attk Pure ~ Maxed PoH ~ Inferno ~ Pets & More | Sell & Trade Game Items | OSRS Gold | ELO (sythe.org))

After the buyer confirmed delivery he disputed it the next day, reason given:



First off the 50% ban was infact mentioned & could be seen before confirming delivery. Everything else is simply ridiculous considering you cannot change a accounts login & registration information + previous passwords were provided & account was registered after removal of recovery questions. Never claimed it was a private e-mail either (personal gaming e-mail).

PA sends me a e-mail not even a on-site notification that I have to reply within 2 days or they'll close it in the favour of the buyer. I reply within a day stating the above & contact buyer as they recommended. Buyer never reached out to me or replied back to me, after PA also ignores my e-mail (no response) I send a second e-mail.

Not a single reply was given by PA during all of this, the part that frustrates me the most is during all of this not once a attempt or suggestion was made to even return my account. Sadly enough the buyer actually has gotten defence XP onto my pure.

Even though this all happend off sythe they still advertise on here I highly doubt based on people's previous experience that they will resolve this there for i'm reporting it considering it a obvious scam.
