X Skilled X Ban Dispute

I'm honestly really confused about this ban. The biggest reason being the fact that its apparently from last august. So Why is it now all of a sudden coming up? If it was addressed back when this supposedly happened then I'd have a better idea of what exactly happened. And I can't really login to my account to view any messages I've had with RGold. Because I don't even remember him, and I cant find any messages in my discord inbox from him. He obviously has my discord, so why did he wait 5 months without ever trying to contact me once. And then file a scammer report?

The only thing I can think of that this could possibly be, is with a website called chicksgold.com. So if this RGold person is related to that website then it would make more sense (still doesn't make sense that he waited 5 months and never tried to contact me). But if this is in regards to chicksgold then I'll explain the situation to the best of my knowledge. And if this isn't in regards to chicksgold, then I have no clue what he's talking about and would need to see some more proof of what he's claiming I did.

I will say this, I've never charge backed any purchase I've ever made on this website. I have lots of previous vouches for debit/paypal purchases. I've sold accounts that I have never recovered, and still haven't recovered even though you banned me.

Maybe had somebody actually talked to me before this, then maybe we could have figured something out before dragging my name through the mud. I owe like $350 to ICC for an account I bought off him for $1700 a few months ago. I got the account banned 2 weeks after purchasing, and I still owed him $400 on it. I could've easily just said fuck that and blocked him right then and there. But I didn't do that. I've only been able to make him one $50 payment since then, which isn't much considering how long its been. And I realize that. But I have been in contact with him the entire time, and the only reason I haven't payed it in full is because I lost my job due to the corona virus, and money has been scarce for me to even pay for my basic necessities. But I answered him anytime he messaged me asking for updates. And I was basically just waiting for the second stimulus bill to be passed in America, so that I could have some extra cash to be able to start paying him. My last message to him was on 1/19/21 telling him that the bill has been passed and is weeks or maybe even days away from being here and then I could make him another payment, with regular payments coming every 2 weeks after that.

So moral of that story, a little communication can go a long way.

 

You locked my last dispute so I couldn't reply. But If he expects payment then you need to tell him to contact me on discord (like he should have done 5 months ago). Cause I dont even remember this person. Otherwise there's nothing I can do.
