Explanation of the trade:
I made an arrangement to purchase a Discord bot from Valkor. When discussing the bot I said I would be hosting the bot using a raspberry pie and then a price was set for the bot. (I would need the files to host the bot.)

After the bot was created for me I asked Valkor how much it would cost me for him to host it instead as the raspberry pi might not be suitable and we agreed on 20% of profits in return for him hosting the bot and maintaining it.

After a few months I purchased a server for my website to run on and asked Valkor for the files for the bot so I could host it myself to which his reply was "what do you want with my bot". He claims I paid him for his time to create the bot and the bot does not belong to me which I would say is a straight scam seeing as I would have originally had the files to host myself. Considering Valkor had all the files and all of the data for the wallets etc I didnt bother arguing with him incase he decided to just leave with the bot and all the data leaving me in a bad situation. Instead I decided to approach another developer to create the bot for me with an agreement we both understand.

Valkor believes I owe him for profits during the times our Discords were getting banned, apart from the fact that he refused to give me what I paid for long before I 'owed' him anything, the profits from those weeks are completely false as I was having to constantly pay for new advertising and drop parties to try and bring back members after our bans. On top of that the entire profit calculation was wrong and I did raise the issue to valkor that profits didn't make sense. An example would be it would show profits as 500m 07 but yet we cashed out 1b 07 more than we cashed in, regardless of what Valkor thinks I owe for profit, that was amassed after he denied me access to the files I paid for so is completely irrelevant.

How they scammed: Sold me a Discord bot which would be hosted by me, then asked valkor to host for additional payment, when I wanted to host it myself again I was told the bot did not belong to me and a surplus payment would need to be made.

I dont care if I get the bot or files from Valkor at this point because I've paid a more capable developer to build me a Discord & Guilded bot as well as a website which we both understand our agreement, from what I can see from valkor is that he saw Discords were getting banned and knew his 'livelihood' making bots was cracking at the seams so attempted to extort the people he had sold his bots to in the first instance, I was basically powerless being blackmailed for something I had already paid over 400$ for.

Screenshots are very limited in this case because of the amount of times I have been banned, I never took pictures of our original agreement because we were always on good terms and I didnt expect to be banned from Discord.

I will try to find some more relevant screenshots but my phone has over 3000 screenshots and its a bit of a mess.
I no longer am an active owner of the Discord server I created so the outcome of this for myself makes no odds either way, however I do feel like what Valkor did was scummy and definitely should be classed as a scam.

7RAM/ramoo Scam Report

I believe this issue has already been addressed in the above scam report, as well as the report linked below.

"Valkor" Scamming + attempted Doxxing


At this juncture, I am inclined to believe that ramoo is intentionally inflicting mental and emotional distress upon me by making false accusations against me and maligning me with the sole purpose of defaming me and tarnishing my name. In the two reports linked above, it is evident that 7RAM is just recycling and reusing the points/accusations he is making against me. All of which, that is relevant to the case at hand, has been addressed in the first linked report which has been ruled against him.

I will not be explaining or defending my stand further in this case as my relevant arguments have already been documented in the first report linked in this reply, unless otherwise required by the Sythe Staff.

However, in response to the two newly surfaced accusations above, I have never quoted him a "surplus payment" nor have I "blackmailed" for anything. If I have allegedly done so, I would like to know what would the alleged "surplus payment" be for and what circumstances have I used to allegedly "blackmail" him in return for?
Do note that his story has not been consistent throughout the different reports made, taking into consideration that new and baseless accusations have been made in this report, which have not been specifically mentioned in the other reports.


Again, I reiterate my stand that 7RAM is intentionally defaming me by recycling previously mentioned points/arguments that have already been addressed and resolved before. This ordeal is significantly psychologically and emotionally taxing on me as I have to take time off to read, understand and reply to recycled accusations against me. There should be ramifications for such actions should they be committed again in a similar context.

 

Same accusation as before, I paid for a bot I would host myself, when it came hosting it myself you replied with what I posted above its as simple as that, and you say I am attempting to defame you however youre still to this day using pictures that you took from my social media using personal emails I used to send you bitcoin?
Posting images of me inside discord servers at this point after all this time. The reason I am reposting this is because all my previous reports weren't "in the correct layout" using the template so that is what I have done.

I dont believe you should get away with what you did.

So emotionally taxing that you're happy to have a laugh and a joke at my expense using photos of me that you have edited in another Discord server? Yeah I dont believe that at all, you're just a straight up liar Valkor, you never made ANY comments to say that I did not OWN the bot I paid for. My intentions were to host it myself and you knew that when I paid you. When I wanted to host it myself you refused so you could still get a % for hosting because you're a sneak.

Just to note Valkor is a complete liar, just like when he started mentioning my parents names in chat, then deleted the message and denied it when I confronted him about it.

The word "accusation" is being thrown around a lot, and these aren't accusations they are straight facts.

 

At this point I have no more to say before I start rambling like I did on my other reports, I'd rather just have an admin or a mod review and make their decision. I do think its wrong that you can say you own the bot after I paid for it, surely as the provider of the service that is something you should clarify if I made comments to you yo say I would be hosting it myself, you knew I would need the files to host it so why not mention it before I paid you?

I explained to superfluous that this happened after my report, anything that happened after your refusal to give me the bot files is completely irrelevant, had you given me what I had paid for I would have paid you what you were "owed" even though I dont believe I owed you anything.

Awaiting a mod's intervention on whether further clarification and evidence relevant to the purpose of the report is required seeing as how a substantial portion 7RAM's claims and arguments are slanderous without basis NOT relating to the purpose/agenda of the report.

Should any clarification/evidence be provided on my end to refute his slanderous claims (eg blackmailing, extortion, doxing), I will provide them only upon request as my defense against this report is clearly evident in my scam report against 7RAM.

7RAM/ramoo Scam Report

 

On a side note, shouldn't ramoo be DNT-ed since he owes a valid debt which has yet to be paid.

His alt Sythe account, 7RAM, which was used to ban-evade has been issued a DNT status so I don't see how this does not apply to the current account involved in this thread.

Do correct me if I'm wrong as I'm not familiar with Sythe's rules.

 

My report is to state that I was refused access to files I paid for.
I merely stated that you have, attempted to Dox me, Used personal images of me continously to attempt to make fun of me, and you play the victim..

The report you made against me is irrelevant as I stated already seeing as I was refused what I paid for long before, why would I pay you if I havent recieved the files I paid for..

▪︎The claims are not slanderous, your claim would mean that what I say is not the truth, whereas we both know when I paid you the agreement was I would host the bot myself, it wasn't until after payment was made I decided to ask you to host for additional payment.
▪︎The blackmail is that I am unable to have access to any files I had paid for without paying you extra for the bot itself, as you said over $1000 worth of bot.
▪︎If you had no intention on giving me the bot files, I would have only been renting this bot from you essentially, in which case why was a custom bot made from scratch? Yoh had already made a Gambling bot for another server, so if I am merely renting it why not just change a few words around and use the same bot?
I genuinely believe that when I asked you for the files, you knew I had no choice in the matter because I had absolutely 0 access to it. If you say no to giving me the bot what can I do? Risk you deleting all our information and just leaving?

*Edit: the only reason you're debt is considered valid, is because the report I made against you before you reported me, wasn't considered because of the layout of my report, which is once again why I am re-reporting you, you shouldn't be able to get away with this, and if you do have no intention on giving over bot files to customers, as a service provider you should make it clear that is the case. No terms were sent to me so the only clarification was that I told you before I paid you I would host it myself which I would need the bot files for.
You only reported me after I made a report against you so you could attempt to worm your way out and distract from the fact I never got what I paid for.

These reports read like a phone book so forgive me if I missed something. Two points:

1. My read is that @ramoo still owes money re: 7RAM/ramoo Scam Report and should be DNT'd until that sum is repaid. If this has been repaid or you were un-DNT'd somewhere else please let me know.

2. At the same time, staff feel @Valkor should give @ramoo the files for the bot he purchased. Unless there is some prior agreement explicitly stating that @ramoo would never be entitled to these files, "purchasing" a bot should entitle him to these files. Please send them to him @Valkor.

 

I can confirm that he has not repaid that amount owed yet. However, I have already been repaid from the Community Repayment Fund, so should he decide to pay up, it should be contributed towards the Community Repayment Fund pool.

It was never agreed on that I was selling the script. It was only agreed that I was given a cut of the server's profit in return for me hosting, maintaining and upgrading the features of the bot which was a service that I was providing, all of which are evident in images that 7RAM has provided. I was not selling a product and only providing a service, in other words, I was renting my bot and only received a cut of the server's profit for my time to code newly requested features and add them to the bot. I quoted an initial payment of $275 (not over $300 as 7RAM falsely claims) to code an agreed set of features to be added to the bot since there would be no server profits accumulated as it was week 0.

At this point in time, it is just his words against mine. However, it should be taken into account that
he is not credible, and his statements are false and inaccurate.

Firstly, he claims that he paid over $300 to me for the initial release of the bot which, in actual fact, was only quoted $275. Then, he goes on to exaggerate the quoted amount further by stating that he has paid 'over $400'. Both claims are inconsistent with the $275 that I have quoted him.

Secondly, he also claims that I 'blackmailed' him as shown above. The premise for the alleged blackmail was me 'leaving (sic) with the bot and all the data' (as quoted above) which I have not done so, otherwise, why would I continue upgrading the bot with requested features namely Skilling Competition, and an overhaul to Simulated Staking as well as Commission Staking despite not receiving any payments from him since Jul 25 til Oct 04 as referenced in 7RAM/ramoo Scam Report. Furthermore, he engaged another dev behind my back during this period of time (from July onwards) and plagiarise my bot while still requesting me to upgrade the bot.

Thirdly, he had been reporting competing servers to get those servers banned. (@ramoo aka 7RAM reporting servers to discord.)

The above points clearly shows that 7RAM is not credible, unethical and a compulsive liar. His claims have been ever-changing, falsely alleging me of blackmail, as well as resorting to underhanded means to undermine his competitors. Hence, his claims and allegations cannot be trusted, specifically when claiming that I have agreed to give him my script for over $300/$400 which is untrue.

 

Thank you for that, the fact is I was always under the impression that the files I paid for would be mine seeing as our prior agreement was that I would host it I felt robbed.

If I was only renting the bot from Valkor he should of made that clear after I made it known I intended to host it myself, he was happy to take payment under those circumstances so as far as I was aware I paid for the bot and not his "time to make it" as a vendor thats something @Valkor should maybe include in future TOS to make it clear that he owns those files.

I dont have access to any old screenshots I just knew the bot price was in the ball-park of 300 so 275 isn't too far off I suppose.

But once again, thank you. Hopefully in future when dealing with clients Valkor can make the terms of his service clear.
I will request a pardon after paying back the community for their payment to valkor.
