Explanation of the trade: I ordered 1-83 construction on two accounts from @StartYourIronman 's service discord. Start off seemingly fine. A staff member per request told me how many planks would be needed for 1-52 construction. The rest is fairly easy to figure out with any XP calculator.

52-83 construction requires 18,211 mahogany planks to achieve. I supplied both accounts with 18,500 mahogany planks, aswell as the other required supplies for 1-52. I also left both accounts with aprox. 4m GP to pay for butler costs and anything else the worker would need to complete my order.

Upon reaching 77 construction, @StartYourIronman 's worker "Spike" contacts me in DM to tell me there isn't enough gp to buy the planks. Mind you, according to @StartYourIronman 's Discord's Terms of Service, everything should be discussed in the ticket. The worker broke @StartYourIronman 's Terms of Service for a good reason though - they attempted to scam me out of a few extra planks. Payment for the service must not have been enough.

I DMed the staff member that was handling my order, as I would rather not call the worker a scammer publicly where he can read it. Here's the full chat log of my conversations with this staff member.

After @StartYourIronman himself got involved, the worker found 7k planks. It's funny how things disappear, and seem to reappear when the boss shows up.

The worker was removed from my order, after @StartYourIronman found "this fkn vennie" to "have a very bad excuse". Following is my chat log with @StartYourIronman

How they scammed: I have been waiting for my compensation for about a day. The staff member that was supposed to handle this for me, was online, but didn't proceed with my compensation.

What matters to me is that you claim to completely understand how this comes across and you at no point have defended your worker during our conversation. You responded to the situation with "Fkn vennies" as if this is something you have had happen before, and expect to happen again. You claim to handle this situation very seriously, yet paying out the compensation is too much to ask for.

I don't care about your compensation, I don't care about your free membership and I most certainly do not care about lifetime discount in a service discord I would rather stay 10 feet away from. What I care about is that your worker tried to scam me, I feel disrespected and cheated.

First, I would like to introduce everyone the clown Blitz who is NOT going to be compensated because he is a self entitled prick, and can suck CHINAS FAT HAIRY COCK.

He lost his 10m compensation (should not even be the word to describe this) for being a rude entitled idiot. Now he is crying.

I offered 10m to be nice even though he literally lost nothing, we never asked him for anything. We actually compensated for things missing from the account no questions asked.




Situation from my point of view:
A service was ordered in my discord by reporting user. We were very nice and curteous as always.


My employee was concerned he did not have enough planks to complete the order.
Spike, my employee, PM'd the customer to ask about planks. Never asked for the planks. Was just confused about them.
When he realized he would be blamed if he asked me, he compensated for the planks himself. We could point fingers all day, but in the end we never asked for more planks, and they were replaced without question.


I receive a PM about Spike trying to scam Blitz. I am shocked. I ask to see so it can be dealt with accordingly. He shows me Spike asking about the planks. That's it. He checked the GE history because he thought planks were missing and were on the other account (same 1-83 con order) he ordered, which spike did not a have access to. (Another trainer finished days ago)


It's at this point I notice the order is taking longer than expected. It's because Spike did not know about Butlers. So XP rates were incredibly low. He was teleporting to bank to unnote planks (makes it about 80%-90% slower).


It was never brought to my intention, when it was, I pay a very reliable person 25m to do about 1.5 HOURS worth of work ASAP so that the customer would be satisfied.
Can show proof of 25m being paid to trainer as well if need! Just ask





Well, I like to leave a good impression and make sure everyone leaves my server feeling good, even though it very well could have been him that stole the planks. To me anybody who is dumb enough to blackmail for 10m is also dumb enough to steal planks from an account and blame it on the trainer. Either way, the planks were replaced, and we never even asked him for more planks.



I say well I could give you 38 days membership (or 10m), PLUS permanent 10% discount.

I will admit, my only fault here is that when I told him to meet me, dinner was done and I was preparing for my family tonight. I took these beatuiful Chicken Panko Patties out of the oven, Put some Frank's Hot Sauce on them, dipped them in some ranch, and sunk em'.
Just forgot, no excuses or anything. He would have been paid right then the moment I got back to my desk.

His childish attitude lost him his compensation. I blame bad parenting, others may say lack of oxygen at birth.

I went above and beyond for this guy. Fixed things when they were wrong. Offered compensation of all sorts. Probably would have given him more if he asked.


It's my choice whether to give him compensation or not. I am deciding not to. Show me where a scam occurred.

tldr; he is crying because he was rude and lost his 10m compensation. To be clear, he never lost anything at all.

 

I'm crying because you run a clownfiesta fueled by, in your words, "fkn vennies" that are blatantly incompetent and I think people deserve to know. I don't want your money, even if your father Video tells you to give it to me.

Besides, it's blackmail if you never offered me any compensation and I would have demanded it, in return for not making a report. You offered compensation about 20 hours before this report and it had not been given, when the staff member you had supposedly instructed to give me this compensation was online and responsive, as seen in screenshots in the report. Can you do anything right? Might wanna double-check if that chicken you cooked was actually cooked. Was the frank's hot sauce expired?

While you may discredit the whole situation where your worker deliberately broke your ToS to scam me out of a few extra bolívar to feed his family much like you're proud of doing through the preparation of these beatuiful Chicken Panko Patties, I don't think it's anything to just throw out the window. Again, it seems like you're used to these "fkn vennies" pulling their stunts, but I'd rather me, nor anybody else unfortunately choosing to use your clownfiesta, not get used to them.

Quite simple my guy, I would have been scammed by your worker if I had been lacking even a fraction of the oxygen at birth you claim I lack. It's my efforts that have made it so that there's a question about whether or not a scam occured, not what the punishment for the scam that occured would be.

When they realize

1) No scam has occurred ANYWHERE in the mess
2) My trainer never asked you for more planks, he instead bought more planks using GP out of his pocket.


Then they will tell you that I don't have to compensate you. I compensated enough paying 25m to get your order completed in 2 hours.

There are so many things I could make fun of in this report... but I think I'm just going to close it as a non-report because no clear scam attempt occurred here, and @StartYourIronman removed the offending worker in a reasonable fashion.
