Hi Raluca, I can't see any offers from my end that we're deleted. Can you give me one offer link or offer ID as an example so I can check why? While we're at this, please ensure you do not post personal contact information on your offers nor post any licensed images from games; they could be the reason why your offers are being taken down but even then, you should receive a notification about this.

Hi CFG. Did you say the problem is with being able to message users? I checked and so far it's working, we have an IP address outside of our work/company that can test this. Can you please send other places at PA or links where this is happening? I'll report this for now, I'm so sorry to hear about this.

Hi Playersauction .. can i ask you if selling stolen accounts are allowed to sell on your market ? one guy is getting stolen call of duty accounts from crask cites and openly selling on player auction.Here is his shop.

He is also registerd on cheat sites which proofs that he also use cheats to boost stoen call of duty accounts.

Hi there. Thanks for the concern and for bringing this up.

There is no correlation between the seller's offers and the fact that those offers are posted on hack and cheat sites/forums. What we need for this is proof that his accounts are stolen/hacked/compromised, and unfortunately, those same accounts being posted somewhere on the net does not have any bearing on his offers.

We appreciate your genuine concern, but an offer being posted on a forum/place that condones a particular activity (in this case, cheating and hacking) does not automatically guarantee that the goods being sold are of the same nature. The seller could very well be just using the forums as free advertising space.

I am also basing this response on my findings with the seller since he is in good standing with us. I can't divulge anything further for his privacy.

After you took away Clash of Clans for technical reasons and brought it back, I am unable to post any offers to Clash of Clans. It gives me the message: "You are not permitted to create offers for Clash of Clans. Please check for an email from, and respond to legal@playerau****.com"
Apparently something got messed up when you guys sent a wave of copyrights claims from supercell to everyone?

I did mail them 4-5 days ago, and got no response. Can I please have the "permission"?

We need that email response for sellers to be able to continue posting and if you're able to send it already, my only advice is to wait. I'm very sorry but this particular process is handled exclusively by our legal team and I can't intervene. The emails they receive are meant to be reviewed first and please don't worry, they'll eventually get to you. Everything is queued and taken care of by the order the emails are being received.

It seems your buyer on order 7081568 has issues with his Coinbase. It's definitely not with PA since we're still getting payments for it normally and correctly.

They were extremely delayed last night, couldn’t stay up all night waiting for it.

Is it possible to turn on automated daily full amount withdrawal and disbursement as you used to do? It’s really annoying having to click withdraw in the evening hoping that it’s right before your cut off time for the night...

 

If it's only about waiting I can do that. Just wanted to make sure that there are no issues on my end. I mailed them directly, wasn't a reply to an email they sent.. Hope that's still a valid way. They didn't even ask me to respond or do anything back when they did the mailing.

 

The automated email has replied to me with the same message 5 times with 5 different people after I sent over the images they needed ? Any idea what is going on ?

I got word from the team as well that they were able to finish the disbursements a few hours ago. Sorry again for this. I will bring up the idea to have an automatic disbursement process, but the reason they made it automatic is for the process to be deliberate in case the PA account is accessed by someone else. There is some form of control with the release (as well as other circumstances we can't simulate yet). But just to safely set expectations, we're expecting the current model/system to stay this way.

In any case, do let me know if there's something else I can help with.

Thanks again. Another advice I can give you is that if they do not respond by this weekend, you may absolutely follow-up on this. Copy the same email you sent, then send it this time as a reply to their email. It's really not needed but it could help move things along since they will be getting hundreds of mails about this, if not thousands, but follow-ups are of course to be expected.

Hi there. I was able to check on order 7083882 and they just need the selfie at this point. The one we received was taken as a screenshot in an app or interface; we need to receive it as a full picture and in a non-mirrored way (it was taken as a selfie so it appears mirrored). The clarity and resolution is good but if you can make it clearer, all the better. The way the card is held and the portrait is also on point so please do the same.

Sorry for the hassle with this, the team is really strict with documents to avoid photo manipulation and fraud. Let me know if you need further help.
