Explanation of trade:
1.2b to finish 99 mining and 99 firemaking on my account.
refuse to pay back that 1.2b after they found out I rwt'ed money.

When they banned me they stopped all tickets being done on my accounts (main + my iron man)
paid for 99 smithing, 99 herblore, 99 construction. 0 lvls of smithing were done, 98 herblore was finished and only 83-85 construction was done.

Hi there!

You wanted a refund of 4.2B and one of the admins, Sora, gave you it even though a refund isn't issued once an order is placed but out of goodwill, we did it anyway.

A couple of days later, He placed a 5.5B order and the next day, he requested another refund of 4.2B and I've told him that the last time we did it was out of goodwill and that he cannot simply request a refund whenever and redirected him to to our terms of service to make sure he reads it again then refunded him the 4.2B and that we won't be doing it next time

Less than a 12h later, he admitted within the ticket and explained in dms with me that he used different alts and wasn't the account that I refunded 4.2B to.

Hi Burn, there is still 1.2b raw cash from unstarted tickets + the money from ongoing services who didn't finish or started. There is a difference between not refunding AND DOING the ticket. And just taking it and not doing anything right?

 

I'm not here to argue the legality of our actions, it's up to the Sythe staff to decide.

I gave you a second chance to read the terms when you requested the 4.2b refund, you still decided to openly admit to rwt to every staff 12 hours later knowing what will happen as it stats in our terms which you should have been aware of

Our workers did start the order and were actively working on it until you broke that rule and they stopped.

saying 'going forward that if you pay for something. that it would be consider as a non refundable ticket...' So from that moment on, you had the right to keep my money if I would have given it after that point. But still, I gave that 1.2b adding to that 4119k platinum tokens BEFORE this being said... I gave my money to an ADMIN to pay upfront yes. You milking the fact you refunded the 4.2b twice just states that nobody was using/had the right to my money on that moment.

And from the list of 10!! skills, 1 was started. Being firemaking. The other ticket that was really active wasn't finished/parts not even started being: (84-99 smithing, and only 83-85 done from the 83-99 construction ticket).

Your ToS are too vague to be enforced in this situation. Either do the service @patricksje paid for or refund him in full.

@patricksje In the future, perhaps consider paying in smaller increments to avoid similar situations from occurring again.

Can I just say I don't feel comfortable to go into a service again after this matter and I would just like them to repay me so we can forget about this?

@Burns I can't reach those tickets that you cancelled anymore but there was a lot of money in those still. 85-87 slayer on my iron, 85-99 construction, 84-99 smithing was paid and not taken care of anymore so I'd like to see this refunded. I'll forget about the 98-99 herblore. If we substract some things, but add the things still taken from me where I paid for, I lost more then 1.2b here.

 

If they want to refund you 1.2b - whatever you still owe that's fine by me.

 

And what about the tickets they decided to just close and not finish worth a decent amount?

Smithing is 300m+, construction is 150m+, slayer is 100m+,...

It clearly states that any admission to rwt will result in a ban with no refund, unsure what is "vague" about that. We cannot risk other customers' payments by knowingly trading a rwter.

Zak was fully aware as he said in the ticket that he was going to get in trouble before any action happened.

If the decision will remain the same, I will find a way to trade him without risking our other customers.

Yes, you will be refunded those tickets as well.

I will be messaging you the transcripts and a full rundown of the refund, I'm waiting to see the final decision from Superfluous.

 

A couple things:

1. @Burns edited his ToS after directing @patricksje to them. We would need to see the ToS as they were when @patricksje began his orders, not the currently-edited version.

2. Regardless of #1, purchasing services constitutes RWT. This clause of your ToS is not enforceable on Sythe as your service offerings conflict with your ToS. (Separately, @Burns also has at least one vouch for RWT, so I'm not sure how the "we don't RWT to keep you safe" argument holds.)

3. The original ruling stands. Please refund @patricksje for the work that wasn't completed. If you could send the BTC equivalent (or sell the gold to someone who can send the BTC equivalent) of the amount you were repaid by the community repayment fund to the community repayment fund wallet: 1GtWMwqHby5qMisEkXTrQbefXn3ZPm6V77 that would be great.

 

@Burns refunded me the money from all non completed jobs. Good communication and glad this is over. Thanks @Superfluous for the help.
