Meow's TWC

Link to/reason for TWC: Unfortunately I was never given an exact reason as to why I received a TWC. I went ahead and contacted Pendulum as well as two other staff members however no one could find an answer for me so I was told to just make a dispute.

Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: There was one time where I had to cancel a RuneScape skilling order due to a heavy schoolwork load + some housing issues, this is my best guess as to why I could have received a TWC. I did half of the skilling I was supposed to do and then told the client I was unable to finish but that I would not charge them for any of the work I had done.

Anything else you wish to say: I apologize if my cancelling orders like that seemed a bit sketchy. I figured the best thing for me to do during that time since I knew I would not be able to hold my end of the bargain was to cancel and not charge the client anything for the amount of work I was able to do. If there are any other questions you guys have I'll try my best to answer them. Thank you for your time in reading this.
