A long time ago....

So long story short I had another account like years ago probly 5 or 6 years ago and I got banned because "my IP address was linked to some others." or something like that. I was using hotspot shield vpn and I'm guessing the person they were identifying me as was also using hotspot shield around the time he got banned. Idk that's just how I see it. I honestly don't even remember my old accounts name but I did have a few feedbacks on it. Just curious as I know im innocent, if i provicde (gotta find it first) my account that got banned all those years ago user name.... would I be able to get him unbanned seeing if what I am saying is correct?
