This is the second time that this account has been recovered, so I deem it to be unsafe. I would like a refund.

 

@Theboatyfozi please return the account to @Ugly God or refund him. A refund may be best given the situation.

Hello , i bought the account from ugly god in the past and had ,i had some trouble with the account and ugly god as i remember recover it for me i have everything saved on chat in discored ,second thing i had it for only 1 month then sold it to QBD !
First of all i never recovered it and there’s no way i can recover it im not original owner of the account
Third thing , on my T.O.S writing thats im not responsible for the account after selling it if it get banned or hacked.
And last thing , when i bought the account ugly god didnt gave me the original email access he said he dont have it , but ive checked and the original email was active ( i cant tell if he lie to me or not).
So the O.O is ugly god not me.
Again there’s no way i can recover it and again and again ... i had some trouble as well when i bought the account from ugly god and he helped me to recover it.

Wait are you playing a game against me i cant get it ?
I have proof on discored thats the account got hacked as well with me.
And ugly god recover it.
Second thing i have T.O.S thats im not responsible of anything happen after selling the account.
I l give example , there’s tons of trusted members on the forum thats have the same T.O.S
So im one of them.
When i have my own T.O.S + im telling thats i have proofs on discored + im not original owner.
THEN , how do youuuuu decide to say for me recover it or refund ?
Please i just want to know how does ur brain work , explain me .... and if u convince me i l refund her 10x ... but be realistic !!

The refund is not for me its for @QBD

I sold the account originally to @Theboatyfozi then he sold it to @QBD and @Theboatyfozi recovered it sometime later, I then manged to recover the account back for @QBD but his had issues with it being locked and recovery's since, i think @Theboatyfozi has kept on trying to recover it, and I've been unable to get it back for @QBD for some time.

@Theboatyfozi has already proven himself to be untrustworthy multiple times and a burden to this community, when I sold him the account I didn't give him the original email because I no longer had access to it I made this clear, however I did give him all the valid recovery information and he has obviously used this to sell on the account and recover it.

 

You cant just coming now since i have votting ...
Coming and saying for me “yoo look or u refund her or ur votting will not pass”
were not in iraq or libya or syria.
I feel thats u threat me some how.
You even didnt hear what i have and u saying or recover the acc or refund her.

You're still liable for accounts you sell even if you're not the OO. You're welcome to post the ToS you and @QBD agreed to though.

Awesome , so basically you coming and saying im untrusted , explain.
1.the account when i bought it from you , its got hacked banned , and YES u helped me recover it BUT after i reported you on sythe.
2.when i asked you about the ORIGINAL EMAIL ACCESS if i can have it , u told me thats the email got deleted because its not active but u lied again here another proof :
3.so explain how everybody here how do u say for me : the original email got deleted?
then whom is that phone number ? and the email thats associated there ?

im not O.O + lets say wasnt T.O.S between us , OK ?
so im telling you and there's proof thats the account got hacked while it was with me !
thats thing can tell thats im not a scammer or its not me who recovered the account !
and ABOUT T.O.S , if there no T.O.S between us u cant just tell me u need to refund her , since there's no T.O.S i just notice , on another thread's i was posting T.O.S !
and last thing , the O.O is ugly god is here so let him recover it ? where is the problem ? his the O.O isnt ? so he must be able to recover it for QBD !

 

Great. Please refund @QBD if there was no agreed-upon ToS stating that you're absolved of liability after selling the account.

 

Now assuming they do want to make this right and refund, what is an appropriate refund amount? It was 208m in October of 2019. Are they just responsible for the amount in gold or are they responsible for the value of the gold at the time compared to now?

The value should remain constant, not the amount of gold.

Afaik gold prices in Oct 2019 were $0.45-0.50/m, so 208m would be about $99.
