Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: I don't remember who I "scammed". I believe I attempted to reverse a charge on a gold site, but they kept the funds and never gave me gold. I believe they did that because I scammed 1b or so. So, they kept more funds of mine than I had scammed previously (to the best of my knowledge).

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I apologize for the childish and foolish behavior I displayed in 2019. I chargebacked a goldsite and then went again to purchase (legit) gp. The goldsite knew about me and kept my funds for the new transaction I was to complete. I have matured in life as an individual and I am trying my best to stay away from resorting to these idiotic tactics just to feed my addictions. I have been active in the market (even though I have been scammed mostly and recovered on). I love Sythe, it is the only connect to the RS market I have as a form of media. I would appreciate you all if you would grant me a pardon. I do not use methods that are chargeback-able anymore - I do BTC/RSGP only as to protect the seller as well as me from my own self (if that makes sense). Thank you for reading.

You will need to repay this amount before your pardon can be voted on. @crazypipe is very active, and you can reach out to them to make amends. I might suggest using BTC instead of PayPal this time.
