Amount scammed: Total paid 1519 USD and 0 USD remaining. First payment was paid 29th July 2020 154 days ago and 84+ days over due on the original agreement end date.

He has had many discords accounts/servers in the past 6 months due to accounts being deleted.

Explanation of the trade:

Original trade agreement
2499 USD for 17 accounts trained - Timeframe 55-70 days - Payment sent on the 29th July 2020.

New agreement 1- 2 accounts were banned - 2205 USD for 15 accounts
833 USD paid and 2x 686 USD remaining - 686 USD payment sent on 18th October 2020.

They have had multiple discord servers deleted so finding it hard to find chat logs but it was constant delays and promises of finishing times.

New agreement 2 - 1519 USD paid so far - 220 USD remaining
We agreed on the 1st Dec 2020 that only 220 USD would be remaining and the accounts would be finished on the 14th and I would only have to pay 220 USD.

New agreement 3 - 1519 USD paid - 0 USD remaining
We agreed on the 15th Dec that 0 was now owed and accounts were to be finished by the 27th Dec 2020.

Having the original order overdue by 84+ days, failed to meet 4+ deadlines and many false promises over the last 5 months. I am unsure how to handle and proceed from here.

There has to be some sort of ramification for poor support, false promises, deadlines missed, excuses and just sheer negligence of the situation.

I'm out of pocket money for 5+ months and opportunity cost until this order is finished.

@GrandXE did you ask, or were you provided a tos of what would happen if the order was late? such as '#%' would be taken from the order total each day/week/month the order is overdue?

No tos other than the original agreement and the 3 altered agreements. Then there was just excuses that led to promises I took the guy at his word for that he would meet and have to deal with the shabby service in order to save wasting more time having to escalate the situation. It's my own fault I should have pulled the plug months ago.

But the way they are operating shouldn't be allowed. Multiple times where he promised 2+ weeks or another week, end of the month etc. Would receive no updates/responses for days at a time, requesting updates of the progress was a disaster and was never available without having to wait for the worker to gather screenshots after days. These should be provided on demand by any service.

In the hopes of receiving a response from them only to get a notification that they are offering some new discount of the day or discount of the week to take deposits/gather more work while I am still unfinished, accounts not being trained for weeks at a time and being ignored is infuriating. Any service should not be allowed to take on more work/deposits if you can't handle the current work.

Right, so from my understanding, they already allowed you to not pay $650 for these issues already.. Is that correct? And the overall completion % of the order is about 85%?

Yes thats correct they allowed me not to pay around 650 USD in order to allow them to finish the order by the 27th Dec.

Currently where the situation stands there's a balance/compensation owed to me for x amount of training.

They have offered 200 USD refund and I've offered to settle at 400 USD.

10 outstanding with a combined 9M hitpoints and 26m range / or going by the 20k per hour they could only get 450 hours.

And you don't want them to continue, only to refund the GP/XP of the uncompleted correct?

Yeah but I think its not as simple as refunding for untrained xp, its a case of having to source more trusted trainer's to finish at a premium, spending time changing passwords more than necessary.

Also risk isn't free I now have a huge risk in the event of another ban allowing another trainer access to the accounts. Who would I be able to hold liable for over 1000$ worth of accounts and months of time.

I think 400$ was a fair settlement for the number of unfinished accounts, missed deadlines and added risk.

to start i love these reports, i enjoy taking 4 hours out of my day to talk to these swell Sythe members.
original order was 10x accounts for about $2500
- og start date of order was roughly Start to Mid August, 2019
- promise date was originally 55-70 days, so lets say Mid-end October
- @RUNGOLD 's worker got covid(?) needed another few weeks
- @RUNGOLD asked for an additional 40+days because the xp hr rates were off, this puts the order at a promise date of 110-130 days roughly
- at the end of the day, the both agreed by the 27th of december the accounts would be done
- 2 accounts were banned, by nature rungold was protected by his tos, not liable for any bans but rungold offered the refund
- due to @RUNGOLD being late and ect, he told @GrandXE he did not have to pay the last payment of $600
- it is now past the 27th, with 10 accounts needing about 900k hp each only to be completed via range xp, as melee xp can not be gained, which led to @GrandXE finally making a report
@RUNGOLD you will be required to refund @GrandXE an additional $300 for the loss xp + supplies. The refunds you gave him were out of the kindness of your heart, though this order is not complete and a refund is required for uncompleted work.

tldr; you took an order because the customer said you should get 'x' xp/hr, as a provider you should know these rates are unrealistic or should have done your own research to see how to achieve those xp/hr rates. you realised that your worker wouldnt make the deadline, asked for an extension, @GrandXE accepted the extension, your worker got covid stuff happens its understandable, you both agree on a new goal date. the date has come and gone, you've had so many chances to figure your shit out but your greed has overcome you, and you are all about taking as many orders you can to keep the cash flow coming, not caring about the customers. you've bumped everyday since you've had this order, knowing you couldn't even handle this one order. i really hope you take this as a slap to the face and realize what your doing wrong here
