Ban Dispute (sort of)

Hello.

I had a RAT on my pc months back which caused me to lose over 1 bil on OSRS, amongst other things. The hacker had access to my desktop remotely while I wasn't by my computer. I know it sounds like a bullshit excuse but this actually happened lol. I have receipts from where I took my computer to get fixed which can be provided if needed.

Anyways, this fella here Scammed by Syncing (or not Syncing)? had around 1b worth of Vitality taken from him. I understand why I'm responsible for paying it back as there's really no way to prove that I didn't actually do it. How do I do this? Can I pay a mod the GP? I'd like to get back into the community as I'm going to be on my computer a lot more as I'm working from home due to the pandemic.

You will need to Request a Pardon to return to Sythe. But first, please send the USD equivalent of the gold stolen to this community repayment address: Community Repayment Funds and we will return the money to the scammed user when he next returns to Sythe (or refund him directly if you are able).
