He hasnt been around in a long time. Im pretty sure he got cleaned from staking/bans. I can also tell you he's not the original owner of that account. He purchased it from another user and resold it when he got clapped. I know because it was once previously recovered and he approached the OO and got it back. I was once close to purchasing it till I learned of its origins.

 

Thanks for the info - I've gone ahead and banned him. He can sort this out if/when he wants to return to Sythe.
