    All open orders when a seller is suspended is automatically terminated because proof of delivery needs to be sent. You should have received an email/notification for these, please follow through and provide what's requested there so we can have this disbursed back to you.

    I will also notify our teams about this.

    proof of delievery was auto.order was in pending buyer inspection when i was suspended.buyer gets account instantly when they pay.i did all auto.please ask your team to check both orders.they were deleiverd instantly to buyers.

    Money for order 6879353 is also blocked :( so i am missing money for three orders now : 66879353 , 6880968 and 6880916

    please check disputes 112092 and 112093 both buyers accepted proof of delievery and dipsutes are already closed in my favour.please release the money.

    Hi again. I checked on the 3 previous orders and here are the status for each:

    6879353 - Disbursement is good to go
    6880968 - Disbursement is good to go
    6880916 - Still needs your evidence in the dispute page

    As for disputes 112092 and 112093, can you please give the order IDs for these? Dispute IDs are off access to me and I only ask them as supplementary information, I can only work on order IDs I'm afraid.

    Here : disputes 112092 and 112093 = Order No. 6879353 , 6880916

    order 6880916 was closed and buyer only said that account is working but he cannot change phone number.I mansioned in account details that country and phonenumber is NOT changeable.

    Order 6880916 is vanished from my balance and i cannot see order 6880916.it is only visible as resolved dispute in dispute section why ?

    Hello,

    I know this may not be the right place to ask this question, I was just wondering what would be the best place to contact to introducing an API for managing several hundred offers on PlayerAuctions?

    It is very cumbersome to manually maintain hundreds of offers and really difficult to track which offers got cancelled/aborted due to failed payments. Even just a simple API of passing the offer ID and retrieving an order ID (or list of them based on failed orders) indicating the current status would be amazing. Or an API that would allow me to post offers with some parameters, e.g. $ amount, game ID, region/server ID, offer title, offer description (with the ability to pass HTML tags for embedding images) returning the offer ID it generates, I am sure mainly other large sellers on your site would benefit from some sort of API that we can access with some sort of authentication token tied to our account. At least this way we can maintain our own database with the latest status of our offers. It would be even nicer if we can receive a push notification/or invoke a webhosted page (sort of like what PayPal does with instant payment notification calls) which informs us that a payment was made against an order.

    You can see here there are 866 offers as of this post, and each and every offer has an expiration of 1 month... meaning I'd have to re-create most of them before they expire which becomes very tedious. And usually I have to relist them with new account credentials because the old ones no longer qualify for the new 7 day buff you get in game... so it's not like I can hit the "relist" button on PlayerAuctions.

    Hi Zirak, nice to hear from you again. And questions are fine of course — either here or via PM sent to me.

    I'm very sorry but our general stance is to not use API or any web scraping technology on extracting info on offers. It has to be manually done, the same way information is put on our website. I've already brought this up to our team and I was told the offers expire and the offer has to be manually relisted with the account information being erased as a security precaution for seller accounts at PA that might be accessed without the owner's permission.

    This design principle was intended for mid-level accounts that compromise the better majority of PlayerAuctions that have only at most 100 offers (which by the way, has to stay unique, otherwise if these offers are duplicated, then all the more reason that we have absolutely no say to the fact that these have to be relisted one by one). However, I will forward this thought and perhaps a relist feature could be studied for future implementation — thank you for that.

    But going back to the topic at hand, I'm really, really sorry but our stance is to NOT use API and web scraping as it poses several security considerations.

    Hi Gambot. I'm sorry you had to cancel the order eventually. Apologies for the hassle.

    As for your bank not having a site but an app instead, screenshots of your app on your phone count as payment receipts too, we've had customers who sent the same thing so you can do the same on your next order. Let me know if you'll be needing assistance with that later on.
