"Accusing of scamming with proof"

1. It's a warning.
2. The fact that he scammed does not change the infraction.

I assume most people who post claims are telling the truth; however, the accusation is not useful unless it contains proof, and in fact, it's often quite unhelpful when it sparks a back-and-forth accusation/flame war.

It's not just about hurting someone's reputation; there are many reasons why this rule is in place, and even though your claim was true, you still broke the rule you were warned for.
