Scammed again by uuernestuu...I'm done with this

I found a posting about a nearly maxed account for sale by user uuernestuu and it was cheap so I spoke with the seller in a DM. We exchanged discord info (he did provide a disclaimer in the Sythe DM [in Imgur] about the account previously being recovered...red flag I know I shouldn't trust people) and worked out the deal. Lo and behold a few months later the account it recovered, I am blocked on Discord, the whole nine. I submitted chargebacks and disputes so I will get my money but this PoS needs to be banned from this site. I hope my loss can make this site a better place to trade. The kicker is the Sythe message where he admits to "looking forward to the bank" (See third image in IMGUR Repo). Absolutely disgusting human being.
Also I should note there was a small issue in PayPal releasing his money but the Discord screenshots confirm he received payment.
Also reading up on the scam report rules and the login username/email is: [email protected] and the Discord used is registered/listed on his Sythe account.
