DNT Pardon

I was placed under a 3 month ban as well as given a DNT that can be found here

I had some issues with my bitcoin wallet being frozen and it took me like 2 weeks to get it unfroze. I’ve reached out to @Lunar Flare numerous times and gotten no response, I also see they’ve not been active since June as well as they’re DNT’d for scamming someone. What do I need to do as far as requesting my pardon if I can’t get ahold of the user. Also, I’d like to apologize for the hassle it caused even though it wasn’t any type of malicious intent, I was just trying to wait to have my account unfroze but in reality I should’ve paid once I saw he sent the money, whether my account froze or not. Also I realize this was months ago, I’ve just been busy irl (not that it matters) but I’d like to right this wrong that was made.


Also here’s the refund I sent him months ago when the initial “scam” took place. If you look at the old one I sent back exactly what was paid. I believe he even made a few cents off me cause of the price changing.
