2 days ago i joined abra's workshop service , i deposited 100m ! Did 2 services ( did no get paid) and today server went down ! I literally just did a question on whatsapp group about what was he going to do , wich he decided to insta kicked me from server ! After this , what can i think about? He is going to scame me. I messaged him privately on whatsapp telling i was going to report him on here because that was no atitude to have with noone and all he was doing was kinda suspicious to what he responds that i was the scammer and i was going to scame someone in future and blocked me there as well .

Now he is saying that i broke his tos just not to pay me anything , i would like suport so he won't abuse of me !

I will provide prints of whatever you guys need .

Don't want to make big thing of this , if he decides to be honest with me even tho he does not want me on his group anymore

You messaged me on WhatsApp saying I scammed YOU (because you wasn't in the server anymore)
When in reality my server got deleted + my discord got banned.

I than went ahead and explained to you that I only just realized what happened.
you went ahead and continued calling me a scammer.... (was at work irl)

I than removed you from the group after 2 total warnings that I'm not going to take one of my workers calling me a ''scammer''

You know we do weekly payments, so how exactly am I not paying you for the services?
This post needs to be taken down, and you should receive a infraction for wasting time.
i have 15+ employees and trust me I take it serious.

You will get your deposit back which is 70% of the total deposit, so 35M OSRS

In short, he was breaking my ToS
He was on an account with a bank value over his max, my contract mentions he should inform manager rank or above when that is the case, however since my server is gone i cant proof it so this kid is lucky

My Tos states 1 week for deposit return after de-rank, so in 1 week i will return your deposit @70% rate which the contract also states

It sounds like a 100m refund is owed here if @Jomi can demonstrate that he paid 100m in to the old server that was deleted.
