StakeGP TWC dispute

List of vouches since receiving TWC:

all parties went first to us, we trade a lot more on our website - just not collecting vouches as used to.



Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC:
miscommunication between buyer and seller. Situation took place on G2G platform, according to me everything should have been solved within G2G territory. Someone that has ordered thousand dollars of gold from us and when 1 out of 100 orders go bad - nothing much you can do about it. Sometimes bad stuff happen to good people. My apologies.

Still learning on how to manage more and more people in our team, as a head chief I am sorry if problems occur from time to time, we are learning. Hope you can understand

While I do believe you handled the situation pretty poorly and came off as an ass in the report, I don't think you're a threat and I believed you learned from your mistake so I'll support. I hope this isn't a re-occurring issue in the future.

Voting no because this isn't your first time, nor is it going to be your last. One would hope you would treat your customers better by now considering how many times you've been TWC'd

I've not seen any improvement over the years in your behaviour and your attitude on this dispute/the report is hardly reassuring

 

I'll support hoping you've learnt your lesson, Your attitude does need a change and i really hope you've worked on it.
