so long story short i bought an account off him and it got recovered and in turn he said first it wast the guy then it was me trying to get a refund then . but i had just been trying to b uy 10t for over a week i'd say. after a week of him not being able to recover he says he can get the account banned or wait and when i ask for a refund he then tells me that its been 6 months and its gainast his tos but heres the thing i didnt agree to any tos i agreed to what he said via discord and i verified his sythe i didnt go to his page or get link a post with a tos agreement or anything i was told if i had any problems with the account he knew the owner and would get it back no problem.

I will post one thing and reply once any staff member replies not going to go and argue with you since you seem to not get anything i am saying.

Story:
He bought an account of me (RSPS ACCOUNT) back in april. I had explained to him that incase of any issue with rsps staff members i would be able to get him to log on the account and tell them that he gave him access to the account (since it is within the rules of the rsps to share account). Everything went well, until june/july when he came and asked me to take back the account for the same price intially bought because the had an update which requires him to pay extra money in the rsps which could cost alot (in order to get the same benefit it had). I had explained that this was not possible and offered him a a price that i could offer yet he refused because to him he paid $$ for the osrs gp that he gave me and wanted back the same amoutn of $.

later on, i offered to buy it back. yet he just ditched me.

after that my trading on sythe decreased cause of irl job so i do max 1 deal a week or whatever and that explains my inactivity. I come back to him telling me the account is recovered and i have to refund him whatever he paid yet he had the account for 6 months and had already shared it with someone else:

I honestly dont even know what to say at this point. here is a picture from my TOS.

again i dont even know if it was actually recovered or if he is just trying to take the money back and quit or whatever. This is an RSPS account its very easily manipulated and not that easy to trust anyones word. And again even if i did i dont see it fit to give him back what he paid since he took the acc for 6 months+ without paying extra 20%.


P.S this guy is giving me alot of bad reps when i had told him to raise it with sythe staff over here: Screenshot

Thanks for the context. I don't see any proof of a scam here. If you are asking OldPeeps to recover an account you have lost access to (and that is in keeping with his ToS), then please do so clearly and concisely. Otherwise stop spamming these shitty reports.

OP is @Fastfil (banned for https://www.sythe.org/threads/fastfil-bobby-bright/) and unless he can clearly make his case I'm going to just close these threads.
