Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC:
In my opinion i had enough evidence that a new worker of mine scammed an ironman's total bank wealth of 180m. Therefore i felt that i had the right to take his deposit to reimburse the customer. I didn't know that this was not in line with Sythe rules as i needed hard proof. Furthermore i leaked an rsn of a customer (I thought that picture uploaded to a scam report weren't visible for everyone to see immediately and had to be aproved by a moderator). Because it was a really stressful day and i felt kind of defeated that i had to pay back the deposit i wanted to provide proof that i actually paid and therefore leaked the rsn of the worker, which i noticed immediately and quickly deleting the comment however therefore i kind of leaked another rsn (again) and decided to be toxic to my ex-worker when paying back the deposit because i was really frustrated about this all happening.
Furthermore we did not ask the bank wealth of the ironman before starting the service, and gave it to a new worker, which was also really poor on our part.

Anything else you wish to say:
I have taken this report and everything around it as a learning opportunity. As suggested by @Pirate we have changed the way details are shared so that the customer directly PM's the worker that is assigned to a specific ticket (line 12). This way preventing me having access to customer's details and any other managers. We have also changed our ToS so that for normal osrs accounts there can be a maximum of wealth of 50m (line 5). And that ironman accounts should state their bank wealth before ordering our service (line 16), (We will from now on always ask this as well if the customer does not mention it) Which can be seen here:



To further improve safety of our ironman customers we have decided to make a seperate ironman ticket (we did not have this before) which can be seen here:

Then as a last note i regret the toxic behaviour, it was a really stressful day for me and i was really annoyed that i had to pay "the scammer" back his deposit. This doesn't make it okay, i will make sure that next time issues arise i will be calm and ask moderators for help when i am not sure what to do.
