Explanation of the trade:
I was the dev of the server (Chasm Casino/Chasm of Fire/Disciples of Yama/various other aliases revolving around the words "Chasm" and "Yama") owned by ramoo where I'm paid a 20% split of the weekly profit generated by the discord games in the server usually by Sunday/Monday.
My 20% split is calculated: (TotalProfit-WeeklyLeaderboardPayout) x 20%
which I'll receive in BTC. Proof of how my split is calculated as agreed by both parties below

How they scammed:
7RAM has defaulted on a month's worth of payment from 31 Aug to 04 Oct as evident from the attached links below.

I have been patient, reminding him that he has yet to pay what he owes me even after the promised deadline. Instead 7RAM decided to ghost my messages for over 5 days and only decided to reply today.
Ultimately, I've decided to make this report against him as he's telling me that I "ain't getting anything" imgur.com

(Note: Pic is from GUI of database as he created a new server and engaged a different dev before week reset without informing me prior that he was retiring me. Apparently it was already planned weeks in advanced)

 

Baring in mind, valkor is 7 hours ahead of me, I have kids and a job that I work plus being banned numerous times chances are he sent the message I didnt see it then got banned and had no chance to see the message.

Valkor is leaving out the part where he attempted to DoX me and then denied it until I showed proof.

The way profits were calculated is that way, however one flaw in that is that if profits do not come to me, I cannot pay them out.

Profits was only one way to see how the seever was doing. We also had a !tc command thay showed the total cashiered amounts. I would like valkor to post thr cashier data also.

Cashier data shows that on a week with 600m "profit" we also cashed out 1b 07 more than we cashed in so how we can profit? I have been paying staff and Valkor out of my own wages because I have made NOTHING from this server since our first ban, which was long before Valkor had not been paid.

Valkor owes me a bot, I `owe` him 108$ (I use that term loosely as I havenr made any profit to pay out regardless of his figures for "profit".

We both haven't recieved what we believed we are entitled to So I guess we are all losing out.

 

I created a bot with a new developer in the background because when I asked for bot files, Valkor linked me to a free bot on github and said use that, so I did just that. I recreated the bot with a developer who isn't a sneak so that I can have access to what I PAID for. Valkor did not want to give me anything so I will do the same.

What I bought was being held hostage by Valkor essentially. I didnt mention anything about recreating the bot as Valkor had all the data that I needed, when I asked for the data and Valkor didnt give it to me which I saw coming, I made a copy of the data from within Discord myself.

After previously denying me access to the bot I know there was no point in conversing with him further, I didnt want to risk losing all my members data, and I dodnt want to risk Valkor being malicious with the permissions he had within the server.


If Valkor hadn't have been so sneaky and deceptive we probably could have continued to have a good relationship like we did, and had he not brought up my family members (which he had looked up online) I would still hsve paid him even though I still stand by the fact I cant owe him profits if I never made any.

Doxing isn't the answer

 

The funny thing is, I agreed with Valkor to buy a bot, thats what I wanted. A bot I could host myself was always the intention, there was never a plan for Valkoe to host the bot, that happened after I paid him, so I would have had the files which means the bot is mine.

Once I bring this uo to Valkor he ignores it, and when I ask well how would I have hosted it if you weren't going to give me the files he says "idk how were you" - rhats basically saying that I was getting scammed?this would inply He had no intention to give me the bot files after I paid?

And I did tell Valkor that I was remaking the bot, but I think he had misinterpreted the message but I dont even have access to any DMs before yesterday due to Discord bans

 

1. You mention that you are busy and due to timeline differences, you missed my multiple reminders. Giving you the benefit of doubt that although you have always replied within 24hrs for the past few months, you could have been really busy the past week. However, you had the time to leisure chat in another server as seen here imgur.com

Hence, out of frustration due to being ghosted, I admit that I did resort to mentioning a family member's name to induce a response out of you, which it did. I definitely did not have any malicious intent of spreading publicly your personal and private information. Nevertheless, malicious intent or not, I sincerely apologize if my actions have caused you any distress. With that out of the way, we come to next point.

2. Profits were calculated as agreed by both parties. Proof of how it was calculated is linked in my original post. Moreover, for the few months that we have been working together, dissatisfaction with how profits were derived never arised from either party. So you bringing up the point that profits is not calculated properly now is considered invalid, seeing as how the agreed method of calculating the profit splits has been the case for the past few months. It goes to show that you are defaulting on payment now and are finding excuses not to pay up. In addition, to furnish my case, a shareholder of the server has allegedly been paid her split as shown here imgur.com I believe that the shareholders and I should be receiving the same treatment (not be paid) if you were indeed not receiving any profits as claimed. You consistently claimed that you don't receive any of the profits and that you only have "50m" in game. However, it seems that you were still able to sell gold to others despite being "broke" in game

My aforementioned points demonstrate that not only are you unprofessional by ghosting me, you are also not honest and bring up excuses to default on payment.
