Hello,
I'd like to report Faustinio this guy.
He's from my country and our chat in discord was my mother's tongue.
So i ask this guy to sell me 100m , i transfered 44euro to his paypal.
I send him proof. And after he told me payment is pending, im more than sure everything is good with my paypal. And i ask him to speak with support what's going on. Also i contacted paypal assistant and i received message i will attach screenshot with that message. So basically what happend , i send this guy 44 eu , he got pending payment and he ignore me at the begining and after he start to brainwash me that this is my bank issue, without any proofs where he found that info + he told me to wait until payment finish , i accept that until evening . But he didnt even write anything to support. I want my money back or 100m. He have issues with his paypal , i send my money. This is unfair....

Also he told me , he can't do refund. Allways on paypal u can do transaction refund.

Hello, I can confirm that he sent the payment, however, it is in a pending state and money did not appear in my balance. It means that paypal has not received the money yet and there might be a potential issue with the buyer's payment or funding source and the payment could also fail, but buyer does not understand and is forcing me to deliver him gold. I rather wait until the payment is completed. There is no option for me to issue a refund.

Are u blind ? Screenshot . If u have issue's with funding source , u cant even proceed payment. And i send the money.

Looks like the payment is still pending on Faustinio's side. I would recommend he wait to deliver the gold until the payment clears.

I am not able to issue you a refund, because there is no such option as I don't have the money yet.

 

But money went from my paypal , also i can see on bank statement. Issue is not with me. U dont even write to support. I see i just freeze my money with ur service, fix ur paypal. Also this guy posted my full details here i have SS its against rules. Superfluous

 

I wrote the support as we spoke, but they can not reply, because they are only working in their office hours. I am still receiving money from customers, never had a pending payment before I believe, pretty sure the payment is pending because it has something to do with your funding source and Paypal takes time to process the payment.

 

U are blind or what? Check 2nd screenshot . MONEY SENT , also i got -44.00eu from my bank account . I see sythe mods dont do anything , cuz one guy $500 donor , so he's right I think i show enought proof's i send the money and that amount went from my bank. Nice service....

 

Just because you sent the money, it doesn't mean that the payment is processed. It is the same scenario as sending bitcoin for gold and at 0 confirmations forcing someone to deliver it.

 

Yea but i show u proof , that money sent. And they charge me. What about that?
