Explanation of the trade: 1B OSRS for $400 USD BTC.
How they scammed: I was looking to sell 1b 07 GP, I didn't want to sell it by trade to don't risk my account, I've ask on his live chat (Home - Buy Cheap RuneScape Gold | RS Gold | OSRS & RS 07 Gold) if I could sell gp via wilderness kill, they told me that they can do Tip Jar or Trade method, I asked to live chat agent if he could do "DROP TRADE" he agreed on it, so I drop the cash I told him where the cash was, he told me it was a direct customer so I told him again where it was the cash dropped, so cash been disappeared and seconds after he told me "It was direct trade" when he firstly accepted the drop trade so I couldn't recover my cash and now he is refusing to pay or refund the cash. I'll add a video of the trade and full conversation with his agent.

You need to corroborate that your workers can understand and read all trade chats, before posting this I let know about this to RunescapeToday but he just said I was lying about it, here is the proof, your poor trading practices isn't my fault. Your price was really horrible and your service too.

 

Then why he agreed on drop trade if he isn't accepting it....

 

And okey, that maybe can be a poor communication from both parts, I can be confused due he firstly agreed on drop trade and then I got confused by the agent instruction, but I'm the only one losing here and both did communication mistakes, I think isn't fair.
