Explanation of the trade: I paid 240m osrs for a staker account

How they scammed: Searchy sells staker accounts they are meant to be fresh 0 stakes done 99 melee stats and 99 hp however the account searchy has sold me was 98 hp and by this time i had spent an hour changing all details of the account to secure its safety so by the time i told him of this there was no point in me going back and giving him the account to train up to 99 i did it myself took me about an hour then finally when i went to the duel arena the account already had 7 stakes done and the stakes were rwt stakes which was obvious as the "previous duel rules" had food on i have given Searchy over 15hrs to reply and sort this with me but he isnt replying. i told him several times to make it right and hes simply stalling
