Hello, on the 22nd of September, i hired @Olm Services for 50-99 firemaking on my ironman account, we agreed on hand training, 84m and 8 days completion time. On the 30th of September when the service was due completion, i checked the account to notice only 96 firemaking, when i then tried to log in into the account via the website i noticed it had been temporarily banned, i received refund for 21.75m, be careful when hiring them.

Odd. The first panel in that screenshot mentions appealing it for a quicker result.

Either way, seems like you guys are close to agreeing to a settlement.

 

That seems like a genertic message. On status says non-appealable, and it’s a nonclickable word.

 

Paid @vacacow1 refund for 21.75m and 50m deposit. Ty for being patience with us sorry for it all was not in our hands fired cesar.

I'll be adding some information on behalf of @Olm Services

After we told our worker Cesar the news he went offline for quite awhile as he was clearly upset about this.
When he got back online he started talking to me again and provided us with proof that he did not bot the account.

He has sent me RuneLite screenshots of level 50 firemaking - 96 firemaking
Here is the last level done as proof(DM for 50-96)


Did he really deserve to lose his deposit? To me it certainly looks like he didn't deserve to lose the 50M deposit.
Not to mention the other deposit he lost for the same reason in another server.

The only question that remains is: How did the ban get on his account? My best guess is Account sharing even though close to no one ever gets banned for it.


I don't think we should take away this guys income for something he might not have done at all.

What ever happens I atleast wanna try to clear Cesar his name.
I'll leave the decision to the admins.

 

Ban clearly states: “Macroing”,

Each ban states the reason for it, RWT states Real World Trading, etc.

The “proof” is just the 96 level up anyway.

Besides, when the account got to lvl92?(i believe 92) You told me you were swapping “Trainer” so how does he have 50-96 screenshots??

I'm not sure what you mean by "is just the 96 level up anyway." As far as I know Runelite screenshots are often used to show innocense.

What happend is that one of our workers had power problems.


The translates to: "Cesar has all the photos, he was helping me because of the problems I have had these days"

Anyway I couldn't care less if you wanna keep the 50M or not. I just want Cesar his name cleared so he can atleast take care of himself.
