Ban rates for having services completed

I have paid for and had completed a few services on my account. Has anyone been banned for account sharing? Naturally paying for a service and having them log in means a different I.P address, So I am curious as to whether being banned is likely for having someone powerlevel/gather items for you?

IP or whatever could become the issue if the worker gets flagged but that is rare. The bans are mostly because services get botted alot.

 

There a endless services available on here, I highly doubt this site would be as successful as it is if it were 1 in 4 ban rate. That's my opinion

 

That doesn't mean 1 in 4 service got banned, that means 1 in 4 persons who ever ordered services (could be 1 service or 10 services) eventually got 1 or more of their accounts banned.

 

I don’t think jagex is even strict on account sharing(besides when doing Inferno). Chances of bans are a lot slimmer compared to doing RWT in my opinion.

 

My account was banned two days ago for using services, it was 2000+ total level account.

Can you give us more information? What service did you purchase? what was the indicated ban reason?

 

Well don't want to disclose any specific service provider just because he did it for me on the side and he works for a big website, long story short, Was just training at NMZ for me and they commented saying you were selling your account.

Which is weird but oh well.

 

That is a small sample size and it covers various topics, not just one.

 

Very difficult to get banned for services. However it does count as RWT if they manage to narrow that down. I'd say the ban rate is very low unless HEAPS of different people are logging into your account daily all with different IP's.
