How they scammed:
Since the day of purchase he has been putting it off and making excuses even said he will refund. But he responds once everyday. I looked two days ago and seen he was active on Sythe.
In his own terms of service it said it will be completed in 24 hours.

Just to throw in my 2 cents @o0pkvids has been working on my cape for the last few days too and has been having some trouble with his internet. He kept my updated throughout the whole process and finished my cape today

With the DM's i sent last night offering to meet him for a refund

It was an unfortunate miscommunication that he reported/thought I was scamming him this morning?

Refund has been handled.
@justagame vouches for the whole ISP issues and my constant communication with him and @hotdog1234

Also sent @hotdog1234 screenshots of my ISP techs at my house.... prior to offering a full refund.

There was definitely no scam here.

 

He stated several times he would give me a refund. Dealing with sythe I have been scammed before so i had to take precautions. I was just very suspicious during times. Life can be busy and hard to get too things as well. Again i thank this person for being honest and helping me with a FULL refund. Thank you for as well during my accusations never getting fully emotional or angry.

I thank this person greatly for coming forward and fully refunding me i have a video for proof as well if mods need. Thank you for the refund and i wish you the best sir.

This has been solved. Miscommunication on both ends.
