Jagex doing mass unbans?

A lot of accounts have had their offences Quashed.

My old RS3 main I had botted on was unbanned. Had a few milly on it

 

I’m just hoping there’s more gp on the last two accounts I’m waiting on

 

Yes, They been doing this for a while now for older accounts, not sure about current macro bans tho.

 

How old does the ban need to be?

 

3 years at least. One attempt per account is jokes. They'll respond on first appeal. If denied, keep sending requests every once in a while. They won't respond until their system decides it has been long enough time for unban AKA you'll finally get unbanned.

 

*UPDATE*

Not even a day later and both appeals for a 2014 ban and a 2016 ban were both successful. Both accounts had a small amount of GP on each.



- Although Jagex did say my account wasn't banned for one of the accounts? Must've been an accident because it was definitely banned and quashed upon confirmation.

Interesting, I’m glad this worked out well in your favor. I wish they were more favorable to more recent cases as well but it’s whatever. Jagex is Jagex.

 

I supplied mine appeal a few days ago, banned since 2019 may. Do you think I have a chance?

 

Mine was from a couple months ago so yeah. And a second one from 2019

 

Only one way to find out! Just do it, you have nothing to lose by trying anyway.

 

This isn’t new. They’ve been unbanning accounts in attempt to promote more gameplay on a dying game.

 

Seems like a relatively old post-ish.

My ban on one of my old mains was in may 2013, Was able to login to it tonight, appealed a couple times over the years and they kept telling me no.

Came up on 2b rs3 though whoop!
