I put forum moderator on my resume once, never got the job

 

Richard once said that everyone who’s been in staff for 1.5+ years he'd write a reference for them to use in their resume if they wanted to. Doubt anyone ever made use of it.

 

There was an admin who did this I remember, either Giverny or FireZ, idk

I made use of it in a job interview. I put down under voluntary work that I helped moderate a large online marketplace of (at the time) 200k members which to them sounded impressive.
