Pingy making defamatory and damaging comments (Again)

Pingy just recently got reported for similar reasons.
Pingy will do anything to close a deal or steal a customer, in this specific case he stated that:

1. I am gaining customers to scam
2. I am a vader known as mimi
3. Explicitly says I am genuinely a scammer/vader.





I did not get a hold of the direct message as Timmy#7038 wasn't willing to share it. However as you can see they are both in my mutual friends. It also isn't the first time Pingy took the sale from me with this person. This is why I am certain the message came from the real Pingy, incase there would be any concerns regarding me constructing all this. I am making this report because it isn't the first time he pulls this type of stuff and it definitely won't be the last time... So I encourage others to share similar stories about Pingy, as this type of scum doesn't belong here.

 

Weirdly enough the quoted message from Pingy got removed.

On a similar timestamp that he messaged me about the sythe thread:

First and foremost your faking conversations/adding to what I really said, real conversation was shown to a moderator.

The pictures you've posted is not proof nor evidence of anything under any sythe standards

Send me real proof of the conversation, there's no valid proof here of anything whatsoever,

He was already yesterday aware of the case and only decided to reply this morning. If it all was fabricated, he would have replied faster and not taken his time to get messages removed to fabricate edited DMs himself.

If you don't have any evidence of me writing those anywhere, alongside my discord unique id this report is invalid and a waste of my and mods time, go create drama elsewhere. Sythe runs by a court system, while I understand you may dislike me, fabricating shit isn't the way forward.
My guess is you were aware about things I discussed about you with mods, and made this in attempts to make me look bad/get rid of me by twisting situations and conversations.

Furthermore, a lot of the time some customers lie and fake conversations in order to obtain higher rates from people so rather than heading straight to the report next time double check conversations the opposing user.

All of this is just fuel for your entertainment and at the end of the day this isn't a valid report with any actual proof of evidence of your accusations. You can't accuse me without proof, if anything your defamation my character here but I don't care enough to report you

1. You confirmed having talked with Timmy as we can clearly see from the screenshots. You also confirmed indirectly I talked with the correct Timmy by taking the part where I call u a rat as evidence.

2. Timmy provides me with a quote from your conversation with him to explain to me why he will be selling for 0.44 to you instead of 0.45 to me. There is no reason for him to sell at a lower price as he himself states that friend of him have sold to him before, making it seem like he was convinced of my legitness as a seller.

In this quote we see w398, the price 0.44 and the gold amount 1450 all matching with the screenshots shared by Pingy.

Once a report was made Timmy removed the quote. So now I wonder what does it benefit Timmy to remove the quote if it all was fabricated? Why would he want to harm you with fabricated stuff if he chose to sell to YOU instead of me. Meaning he picked you over me, which is also the real reason why he removed the post.

3. A very odd part from this conversation is where Pingy states he knows "One", but once my profile Bellic is mentioned he suddencly becomes clueless. In this dispute thread he mentioned the following:

If you discuss something with sythe mods you definitely know my sythe name. And we also had a interaction that same day.
