Explanation of the trade: basically, I ordered a site from him(caus it looked good)
but the user hasn't left me a update for longer than a week, comes @ me with the same nonsense everyday, and now also has been ignoring me for long enough to open up a report.

I wish to be FULLY refunded, as the timeframe is already more than double than what he said (1week)
we are over 2weeks.
Also I have not received a code or update pictures when I asked him daily. (so a refund shouldn't be a problem)
How they scammed: took $95, said he was working on it everyday, but once I wanted clear updates he ignores me.
he also had me buy a server (for $40 caus he couldn't continue without a server)
i get this all told afterward, but no problem if its the truth, however he hasn't shown proof of paying for server or shown proof of even working on this job...
