Hi

I have come to Sythe to report @Accountwarehouse for lying and scamming when buying my account off me. This may seem harsh but you will understand why when I explain what is happening.

So, I went on there website to get a quote to see how much they would offer for my clash of clans account. This is literally exactly what their email stated and this is the only reason why I accepted their offer:

'Thank you for contacting Accountwarehouse for a quote on your Clash of Clans account. Our offer for your account is $70 USD paid via one of the payment methods below. This quote is only valid for 48 hours. If more than 48 hours pass, you will need to re-submit your information for a new quote. If you choose to accept our offer, your account will be secured and paid for within 24 hours of you submitting your account information.'

As you can see, they CLEARLY state that if I were to accept their offer my account will be secured AND PAID FOR within 24 HOURS of me submitting my account information to them. I still have all their emails saved for proof btw.

When I contacted support on both occassions after the 24 hours mark I kept getting slightly different responses/excuses about them saying that it isn't 24 hours thar they need to pay me within????? Are they being serious?????

It has now been almost 48 hours and I have submitted a ticket to them with the above quote from their own email (i submitted this around 12 + hours ago if i remember correctly). They have not responded. I got a confirmation email that someone would respond to me within 20 minutes (which they normally do stick to) but this time they decided to ignore me.

So, now I am stuck without my account or my money. I can't even cancel the deal even if I wanted to because I have ALREADY almost 48 hours ago submitted my account information to them and if I tried to login in now I could risk getting banned.

Again I will mention that I only accepted their offer because of the amazing 24 hours time scale that they falsely claim in their email to pull you in and get your account for cheap. Please can someone help me.

This account was never purchased. The customer was sent instructions to follow at 9:51 AM on Sept 6. They never followed the directions, nor replied to the email. The sale has been closed and none of his information has been changed. Any claim that we took his account and didn't pay him is a complete fabrication.

My sincere apologies. Please remove this thread. It seems that there was a system error. I have dated images to confirm i done everything like took images of my drivint license and a picture of it next to mt face along with all of the other things that @Accountwarehouse request when selling. However for whatever reason it seems like my first request didn't go through as I never received a confirmation email which I found weird.

So, just before I replied now I thought let me try submitting the info again and yes this time I got a confirmation email straight away. I don't know what happened the first time but I swear I uploaded everything andclicked submit but there must have been an error.

@Accountwarehouse this could have been resolved via live chat or emails if you responded. I'm sorry it came to this.
