Firs tof worst customer service of all time, ruined account and blamed me and took no fault for his own??? also called me in middle of service to beg em to send him $75 so he can refund another customer? how is he aloud to mingle with new people in the market??

He should not be aloud to ruin an account and continue selling services without having resolved this fuck up.

to be in simple words my tos clearly say account come with risks moreover my chat agent told him to wait for me, me already refunded him .

ALSO he is missing the entire chat where i told him that refunding me for THE TIME REMAINING TO BE DONE is NOT A RESOLUTION

AND him showing you other customer asked for help, not showing you where he was spam calling me and begging for $75

 

So he need 75 attack or 22.5$

After I paid him, he changed his words .

Else he wanna say 75 attack will get him cover his 5 hrs time left ? For he asked 22.5$. for last 5 hrs other than 7.5$. moreover he clearly said he will resolve the issue after getting 75 attack then asking for money , when I gone to refund him on PayPal screen, after that he might have seen refund until I came back to discord screen, he clearly change the words .

clearly said "NOT A RESOLUTION" before he sent the money, line after that chat confirms money hadnt been sent yet. ALSO the $22.5 is price for time remaining on account which is why that is NOT A RESOLUTION

The refund was for the time remaining which would not be completed as I seized all services from him. do not let him twist the narrative.

So basically my understanding is that the account should have been trained to exactly 60 att but was trained to 63. This ruins the account. Getting 75 attack on the account seems reasonable as compensation, but if you want to work out another agreement please explain what you want clearly. It doesn't seem like you're too far off a compromise here.

 

I already refunded him 22.5$ for that other than 4 $ before he twist his words. He must have to refund my 22.5$ then, we don't have problem to get him 75 attack we already did offer him same.

@Superfluous check your discord please given you clearly all chat your decision will be final to me & will give him 75 att without paypal refund too.

It seems the $22.50 refund was offered as an alternative to the 75 att training agreement. What I don't understand is what you mean by "time left remaining on the account" @Jump around

 

$22.50 is what he owed me for time left on account. After I said it even I realized I misspoke so I clarified and said “not a resolution tho”
Why would I EVER accept $22 for a resolution? That account was worth entirely more than that and he ruined it. You should not be able to offer a lackluster service on this website. Just my opinion. I no longer trust them with my account so 75 atk as a resolution is not an option. I have already commissioned another user on here to fix the account.
$22.5 is not a resolution for him ruining an account worth far more than that.

 

So to be clear you were paying him hourly for 60 att and he finished early and thus you got your $22.50 back? Odd agreement but okay.

@bhuvan @Jump around if you could agree to fair compensation that would be ideal. Seems that getting 75 att is unfeasible as the account is being trained elsewhere.

 

Correct. He works at an hourly rate. Based off how active the training is. AFK is cheaper per hour. He tends to work in 10 hour periods and since I was a loyal customer he gave me 55 hours for the normal price of 50 hours. That is why 15 hours remained to be refunded. If it was a genuine mistake I would gladly work out an agreement. Still confused why he tried to say it’s my fault tho.

 

It's 5 hrs left not 15 sir on that day, I given you refund ( full refund of the day mistake happened + hours left ) you already very clearly know about it @Jump around @Superfluous . There was never 15 hours remaining 22.5 $ was give to him as alternative of 75 att only & resolving this issue.
