    Explanation of the trade: They were doing services on my oldschool runescape hcim account
    How they scammed: Kash services has been working on my oldschool runescape hcim account for about 4 months ish. He uses workers to do the services on my account but he apparently has over 25+ workers for his services and it was going real smooth for the past 4 months till yesterday on 8/27/2020 i placed my account i have placed it where the services were held at with the 4.5m gp in the inventory and the correct gear loadout for it. Then the next day Kash pm's me on discord saying there is no cash on account and i was lost with words because 4.5m is way more than enough for the current job he was doing he probably only needed like 200-300k more gp more. So he told me that he will replace the gp doing agility pyramid to get the 4.5m back. So it was coming up on my time to get on the account which is 11am and i got on around 11:13am my time and i was at the agility pyramid with 662k gp of what they got, so i went to the bank cause it was my hours and i noticed a bunch of items i had Kash do services for is all of a sudden gone. Which was Mages book , Master wand , 16.5k red chins (which was 84-93 hunter ) 10k eclectic implings, 10k karambwans , 2k raw sharks , around 460 ish ranarr seeds, around 400 ish prayer pots, 77k addy darts. All of these items i had Kash do services for and it was all gone during the workers hours which was 11am to 6pm my time and i even have proof of his workers on my account during my hours which was around 2pm ish. He was even offering a full refund on most of the items back which was 4.5m gp , Mages book , Master wand, 5k eclectics implings , 93-99 crafting. He said that his workers were never at fault but why is he offering all these things back in a refund. It doesn't make sense cause first he said ill get the 4.5m gp back then an hour or so later he says mages book and master wand and that's all he can do. Then an hour or so again he offers all that as a refund. But I'm wanting all that was lost that he did as a service which was 1.4b ish worth.

    He say's his workers aren't at fault but he is giving my full refund but he wants to give me a refund in making his workers do the services all over again on my account to get the items back which i really don't trust after what has happened. It's my hardcore ironman account and i don't feel trust with this person again going on my account. So i want him to refund in gp which would be 1.4b cause that's what is costs for him doing all that stuff in the first place. I hope you consider letting me win this case cause i find it weird from him going to his workers aren't at fault to him starting to say that he will give me a full refund.

    Can you please confirm the missing items aren't somewhere like in raids storage or a looting bag or something?

    If not, @Kash is liable for the items lost. You have two options:
    1) Replace the missing items for @Brendanplucky; or
    2) Refund him for the missing items (~1,400m)

    If @Brendanplucky refuses a replacement agreement I think a refund is best.

    I will not be wanting this person to do more stuff on my account. I'm wanting my full refund of the items lost so #2

    Sorry for the wait. After discussing this at length, the final decision is that nothing is owed here.

    There is no conclusive proof that Kash took the aforementioned items off of Plucky's account. There is also no conclusive proof that he didn't. In the absence of proof it is difficult to place blame, which is why we are not requiring a refund here. If Kash would like to provide a partial refund (as was done the last time something like this came up) he is welcome to. If we default to following ToS, Kash also seems covered in the agreement that he made with his customer here. I realize this sucks for Plucky - sorry things didn't turn out for you, and please don't shoot the messenger on this one.

    There is currently a lot of interest in how we handle these sorts of ironman item loss/status loss/account ban reports. Let's continue that conversation here: Ironman services. Absent any other ideas for how users can conduct business safely in the future, I'll work on a sticky explaining terms of service, how they work, why they matter, and how to use them in the coming days.
