Dispute during an MM

Currently there is no scam that has occured as I am still holding onto the BTC however there is a disagreement about what happened and since I am just a lowly MM I will leave it up to the mods to decide what to do.

Explanation of the trade: User "Skt1 Zed" approached me to middle man a trade of originally 209b ikov for $355 which was later changed to $175 for 105b ikov, once both parties got their conformation pms and it was confirmed I was holding the funds "Skt1 Zed" proposed a mule transfer (where he put gp on an alt account and user "tommyg33" transfers it off himself) at first "tommyg33" declined and asked for a stake transfer but "Skt1 Zed" told him he didn't do stake transfer so he logged into the account and claims there was no gp when he logged in.

This is where we are at now, I no longer know what to do and am asking for moderator assistance.
I told them I didn't want to handle their proof so it's up to you guys now!

 

About the report.

EDIT: I forget to mention this. after re-check the conversation I missed this, another inconsistency.

6) If you pay attention in point 5 and 3 you can see:
a) He accepted the cash was in the mule and then he xfered, Why should he say "ill transfer now" if there was no cash? If mule had no cash why would you said "Ill transfer now" and claim "there was no cash" after 4 minutes?

b) He had 3-4 minutes to xfer cash which he did. Why he didn't record when he login in the account?

And I finally understand why all these guys always try to scam me. @spacegems is involved in this:

If you check my past reports no one of the scammers has solid proof, not even a proof of me doing something wrong all they are trying to get me banned, this started since I've opened my RSPS thread, seems like space get something personal against me, he is trying to get me banned using their friends, failing again and again. If you check his thread edits, he recently has totally interested in Ikov and SPK. His thread was something like this "Buying and Selling Ikov & Spk any amounts". He recently changed tittle maybe to hide this coincidence.

Having gained permission from @video I am going to be representing @tommyg33 and handling his side of this report because he isn’t very familiar with the report forum and its structure.

Firstly, given the trade was done through an MM, all info to link any discord profile to a sythe profile was given within the confirmation PM's.

description of the events:
@tommyg33 entered into an agreement with @Skt1 Zed to buy 105b IKOV for 175$ USD via BTC. They agreed to use an MM and chose POAT. Tommy had wanted to do the transaction via stake transfer but zed was only comfortable using sending Tommy information for a mule account to log into to claim the gold. Tommy sent his BTC payment to POAT and then waiting for it to be confirmed. Following that he was given the account details, and found that there was no gold on the account. Tommy never confirmed that he received the gold, and in fact immediately upon logging into the account stated that there was no gold on the account. Zed states that tommy confirmed that the gold was on the account, but this is a blatant lie and not supported by any evidence or chat logs. This was the end of the encounter as far as any transactions and @Poat is now holding the gold.

Zed also states that he has video proof of the gold on the account, which may seem like solid evidence that he has delivered the gold properly. However just a video would not be adequate proof as he could have recorded the gold on the account, ended the recording, and then relogged and removed the wealth.

I also believe this is fishy on his part because he already has a previous report for this exact same problem here:

It is incredibly suspicious that Zed has a report for the exact same issue recently, despite the report yielding no results, I think that was a result of poor communication skills by the previous victim.

I requested zed show me the video proof but he declined to do so, which was within his rights. However I believe that Poat should have requested the video immediately during the time of the dispute, because the previous report with zed on it accuses him of some form of video and picture alteration and I fear he will photoshop and alter the video in some way to make it seem legitimate.

Unless he can provide some type of screen sharable evidence that the video he provides is legitimate, or that the wealth was on the account upon tommy accessing it, then he has no proof their was wealth on the account and tommy should be refunded as he stated he received no gold.


Additionally, I’d like to request he post proof that he was talking with a supplier about the transaction as he specifically asserted while talking with tommy that he had at least 215b IKOV gold, tommy only wanting to buy 105b during this trade, but then told me in our DM he only had 5b available personally. Meaning that it was a supplier’s gold and then there should be some form of proof that a supplier was involved in the transaction, in the form of chat logs.

additionally the trade agreement was 105b IKOV for 175$ USD, and this is far below what I believe to be the market price of IKOV. even with gold valued at .50, which is generous, that's 350m 07 worth.

IKOV being around 5-6m/b when being resold or being bought around 4m/b by resellers.

Even at a lower evaluation of 4m/b that money would only buy around 88B IKOV. This 105b was valued at less than 3.5m/b so this was even cheaper, which is fishy, especially given when I tried to buy IKOV from zed 5 days ago he quoted me 6m/b.. This also brings up the point of needing to provide proof of a supplier and discussion or chat logs with said supplier again since evidence points that it wasn't Zed's gold.

You can confuse and trick others bro but I can see through you.

1) I was selling 10b (all I had) so I was looking for a good rate to sell it. (I sold some check my vouches). Forgot to mention, that screenshot is from 5 days ago.
2) The price is due to bulk I won some bills by Fping on Ikov with the cash I bought, so all I want is to sell it before I get banned since I'm using a mule that's why I don't care at all how cheap can be. (you can fp with any account on Ikov).

4) Doesn't matter where the cash came for, if I re-sell it, or if I farm it myself or if I want to sell 1b or sell 200b that's on my own.
5) if you're trying to say, I scammed my supplier then.... Why he don't report me here? I don't see any supplier reporting me.

6) This is what I mean, and why the price was fair. I could sell that amount for $155 and if he offers $175, then it was a good price for me. So don't try to claim I do cheap prices because it's a "scam" if you're an RSPS market trader you should know it....

The theory of Spacegem trying to get me banned and being involved with all scammers is now a reality, every scam tries I receive for "ikov and spk" is related to him in some way.


Edit: I buy Ikov and I make my own Ikov gold sometimes I re-sell it, sometimes I sell my own stack, sometimes I can win 5b gambling, win 100b etc or even lose all my cash and then buy from someone.

So are you in this statement asserting that this IKOV gold, for this trade specifically with tommy was your own personal gold on an account you control? IF so do you have the remaining gold on an account you control. Because you stated to him that you had 215b available. So either you are stating that it was your gold you won from fp'ing and you have the rest of it, or are you refuting the statement you made to me in my DM (which is listed above) that you only have 5b of personal gold, and that this was a suppliers gold?

 

As far as my affiliation with the two people who have filed scam reports about you. I can provide full chat logs via screen sharing of all the messages I have with either of them, which will not have any discussion of you prior to them telling me you scammed them.

I don't know either of them outside of trading rsps gold with them, and obviously since you (Zed) and I (Spacegems) trade in the same marketplaces we are bound to run into the same customers and both interact with them, it isn't suspicious that I have talked with both of them. Only difference between my interaction with them and yours is that I didn't scam them

 

I'll explain it easy for you.

I had 5b (my own stack) I bougth 100b Ikov for a cheap price so I gambled it and now got more Ikov, I don't want to risk anymore that cash I also want to play Ikov, so I'm trying to re-sell suppliers stock first, If I get bored of this server and if I don't get banned after this I probably sell all the gp, but that's my own choice lol

They interact with other sellers, not only you and me. Why other sellers aren't involved? You're the only one involved with them.

Given the similarities with this other recent report, I have given @Skt1 Zed a TWC that can be disputed here in 30 days.
