Misleading information

I didnt see anywhere else relevant to post this and get a market moderators opinion?

Here's a video of the chat log as this was all via mobile phone, which was also an issue in me not being notified of their response stating it was via btc via cashapp.



TL;DR

I was misled by alch.com to transfer all of my funds to cashapp in order for us to complete our transaction, which they neglected to include the part about only being able to accept btc through the platform, and also lied to in regards about not needing to verify to be able to send BTC via cashapp.

Just wanting to get an opinion of a market moderators and/or admin ; and maybe they at least specify a little better in the future to avoid anyone else having to be inconvenienced in the same way. I wasn't scammed of anything but my time, now I just have to wait for the funds to transfer back in 1-3 business days or find another independent vendor who takes cashapp . Just figured at the very least we could save anyone else having to go through the same thing by posting this experience & asking what the appropriate way to deal with it is.

This seems like valid negative feedback that you could post on a vouch thread (with evidence), but it is not enough to merit a TWC.
