Explanation of the trade: I sent him 500$ for 3k of 16 days of runescape membership codes.

Sent the payment on July 27th been asking him for a refund ever since and now he has blocked me and making up false lies.
How they scammed: Not paying me. So he said the codes he gets are legit and legal and he knows a supplier who gets for him. I sent him 500$ and now he told me his "supplier" ghosted him and he cant issue me a refund. He gave me like 120 codes so far and everytime I asked for a refund he said he has no money in his wallet. He kicked me from his server and making false lies now.

User has made effort and has paid me 50$ btc and 100m so far. Still owes me 384$
