Tyson Cooney failure to disclose

Amount scammed: Nothing, was just a free skilling service request I asked of them.
Discord ID + Unique Discord ID: It was done through sythe PM. I can include pictures of the conversation if needed.

Explanation of the trade: I saw that the user was trying to build some form of reputation in the service community so I asked the user for a free small fishing service in exchange for a vouch on sythe as a start for them.

How they scammed: Account got banned the next morning. Trainer failed to disclose that he will bot which violates the section rules. I did not log in to the account. The only way I knew that the service was completed was because I looked up the account on highscore and saw that the service was done. I remember it did seem weird that the trainer did an extra 50k-60k exp, but I thought it was just the trainer throwing in some extra exp since "100k xp is not that hard to obtain".

I just do not want any other members in this forum to be screwed over by this guy, especially since this guy is trying to get into the service market as previously mentioned.

I can't access the account stats since it was banned and banned from hiscores after the service was done.

@AdamantPlatebody What were the ToS you agreed to for these services? Did you discuss who will be liable in the event of a ban?

I assumed that the sythe section rules applied to any and all service threads posted on it. I found the user through one of his service threads. We did not discuss what will happen in the event of a ban.
