not a scam report

I got scammed by zed sythe i was buying 2.1t from him for 180m 07 first he was saying he wouldnt do incrediments for some reason that hes supplier wouldnt do it for some reason i agreed to goahead and pay him upfront the full sum then we go to edge he was supposed to have 2.1t on him when i kill him i get 2 bags from him i tell this to him he says hes talking with his supplier then he sends some fishy google drive link that doesnt work and a picture zoomed in to the client that shows that he had 2.1t in his inv which is clearly faked with cheat engine and conveniently zoomed in so that the task bar wouldnt show the cheat engine now when i try to tell him that its faked with cheat engine hes not responding and then some more time passes he says hes playing lol boosting his account??? l0l this guy is a scammer or if not i dont know what he is will be adding image proof later
