Account recovery scam

Explanation of the trade:
i sold an osrs account 2 days shy of my month recovery TOS. This guy posted the account for resale on forums and commented on it (sold off site) he then asked me to recover, he sent me pics of still being in possession of the acc (buying account services) (idk if this breaks TOS agreement) so i recovered it for him and gave him the new set email and all details for the account agin. He now messaged me once agin saying it was hacked and wants me to recover it. I told him no due to the situation and it being instantly changed agin makes me feel he is scamming people off the account. He is trying to push that i have to follow the TOS of sythe but i feel as if he broke them therefore it not being my responsibility.
