    My order id is - 6437962. Sir
    Buyer said the the account got recovered, or some how i locked it which is not true, so i recovered it back, and sended all the links from my email adress to the support page, which is where i was redirected to talk about this problem.

    Now im waiting for the past few days, and there are not results what so ever.
    They freezed my money, and i can't do any deals, because of this order dispute - 6437962
    I want it to be fixed as soon as possible,

    Hey guys, my apologies again about that. I received official confirmation this morning that all Skrill disbursements are back on track. Sadly, some temporary delays like this can still happen and I apologize in advance for any similar incidents in the future. For now, though, everything is good. Thanks again for letting me know since I was able to notify the finance team about this.

    Thanks for bringing this up and sorry for the hassle with this. I have now raised it to our support team and they're going to probably make a decision in the next hour (from what I can see, it's in your favor). Please give us a few moments, it should be done soon.

    Request 503255 ORDER ID [ DISPUTE ]
    I received information from the buyer that account got locked for security reasons.

    As he asked i recovered it back, and delivered all the information to the support page. I added email change link also.

    Also my money for the accounts got freezed bacause of the buyer.

    I'm very sorry, @Makongas13. I checked and it seems this was decided in favor of your buyer. I tried to ask for an appeal on this but I was told the decision is final. I do not have any hand with this and the decision is entirely theirs to make. Really sorry. Your buyer is going to be issued his refund so he has no reason to own the account, you may definitely recover it back.

    im trying to buy an account from wizard shop on player auctions. im using coinbase to attempt to buy the account. every time i try to pay it says insufficient funds when i look on my coinbase i have 700$ on it and the account is only 290. any1 else had this problem?

    First, ensure that you're making the payment on our site. Buy & Sell OSRS Gold, WOW Gold, POE Currency | PlayerAuctions while you're logged in.

    Hi we have an issue here with the buyer regarding order 6435201 dispute account order. We have taken all necessary steps to provide him with account details upon sale and have provided email change/password change to secure his account. The customer is claiming that upon purchase of his account that he then also bought gold and placed it on the account without securing it after purchase, the customer then has accused us of allegedly going on the account and taking his gold which is false. We hope to bring these details to light in the process of the dispute being escalated and are taken into consideration. We are looking to have this refund held, and would like to inquire on having the $51 penalty and have it reversed please.

    Hey Neo, I'm very sorry but there are currently no updates on this. I know very well that as a prolific seller, you are greatly affected by this and I apologize. As much as I'd like to be able to push changes on this, I'm afraid it's handled by a different team. Rest assured, however, that we have a dedicated team constantly finding new payment methods to introduce to PA.

    Hi there. I've now frozen your buyer's refund on order 6435201. However, we may not be able to waive the fee for this even if this gets resolved in your favor. Still, I recommend writing to [email protected] about it. I'm sorry, I cannot intervene with fees since the Report team is in charge of handling these matters.     I would usually suggest Coinbase to buyers to make payments on PlayerAuctions. However, they seem to have introduced a new policy where you have to wait 14 days before you can use the fund in your Coinbase account. So, I'm no longer sure how I can suggest buyers to purchase on PlayerAuctions now because none of the payment methods are convenient anymore.

    Thank you for informing us of that new policy, I will let the teams here know about it and I'm sorry for the hassle this has caused. I don't have any new information on new payment methods but I'll definitely raise the issue to the relevant teams.

    Hey Michael. I checked and the staff found out you resold an old login for a game account that you already sold at PlayerAuctions some time ago. Under normal circumstances, this is filtered and prevented at PlayerAuctions but it seems you intentionally passed the old account to a new buyer. I'm afraid I won't be able to help with this, but you can get in touch with [email protected] to prove anything about this. Kindly send them any explanation for that.

    I don't sell old account was sold , I sell accounts most same stats in game but not same account or gmail
    when i contact support he replied for locked for unknown reason
    please help me I'm actually didn't sell old account was sold

    simple like this : These two accounts are close to the same statistics, but not the same account

    I'm really sorry, Michael. As much as I'd like to help with this, suspension cases are out of my control/jurisdiction since we have an exclusive team handling this.     Hello @PlayerAuctions i am having an issue connecting my payoneer account to my playerauctions account. When i select the option for Payoneer accounts, there is no popup to login to payoneer as mentioned in your support page please help.
