    Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC:
    Worker breaking the rules by getting customer's account banned(Luckily, the customer got his account unbanned, however, worker was unable to provide any RuneLite screenshots of legitimate work done and I gave 100% refund and worker's deposit to the customer) and me not gathering clear TOS confirmations.

    I confirm that I need to be more careful with the workers, his Sythe account was fairly new, so I have to start looking for workers with more aged forum accounts, I've increased deposits and will start paying exceptional attention to the new workers who started working very recently.

    The last time I was requested to start gathering clear confirmations, so I added a message "By opening this ticket, you agree with our #┃terms-of-service" that is shown after opening a ticket, I really thought it was enough as customers can remove messages or emojis, unless screenshots are made. I have started doing the screenshot + emoji confirmation gathering method as can be seen from the example: gathering tos confirmations.

    That's all I have to say for now, I guess we all live and learn and hope I will be able to build a nice worker line-up to ensure maximum possible safety. I am trying my best.

    ToS that involve customers automatically agreeing are not sufficient. I would prefer you switch to a system where each user has to verbally confirm that they agree to your ToS before proceeding with your services.

    Will hold off on voting because I dealt with the original report and don't want to sway others' votes one way or another. That said, I don't think you're a threat to the community, and the original situation was pretty atypical.
